maybe its a good investment, but for me, if ardr can help me to make money, i will use it as something to trade and not as investment. i only believe that only bitcoin is real investment.

Not a good investment long term. You may get lucky buying at the right time, but that's more like gambling.

Great video presentation by core dev Lior what makes Nxt so different from Bitcoin:

and starting at 47:15 how Ardor will improve upon NXT & Bitcoin:

i've the same doubt... beside ardor ann topic i dont see nobody talking about it...
is it that bad?

Nxt, a nice system btw, had the original organic networking effect. Built a vibrant community. All was well until the devs went rogue and picked fights with community, changed the fees, changed the way the code worked, refused to add backwards support and now split up nxt to a new project and changed the name.

It was very easy for nxt to standout as there wasn't many altcoins, now ardor is a needle in a haystack. Ardor threw away a few years worth of marketing to start from scratch.

The good news is that nxt isn't being deaded and most likely will have a revival in the future, hopefully with a new dev that is less a dictator and more a leader. Cause it seems to me that Ardor is hedging itself based upon devs past performance, well it is a double edged sword, and maybe the new ideas are neat however the dev has a history of not working well with people. And isn't that what you are really investing in, people?

You make it sound like Ardor is a totally separate rage quit fork of NXT. Why then do NXT state that NXT will only receive guaranteed maintenance for 1 year after Ardor is released?

Because that is the intention. The developers will leave NXT and continue on with Ardor. The ICO by proxy that they did is now looking more and more like an exit scam. Why not use proof of burn instead?

I believe that ARDOR has a good future. I think it is good long term investment and I buy it for long and wait for its pump.

IMHO it will definitely have good pumps in future, but you need to watch prices and enter the market in a good level.  Smiley

Yes we have the same idea. Ardor will be good for speculative value. So wait for good pumps when the price becomes stable. For the long term I do not think this is a good investment. The big holders of Ardor are the same big holders of NXT. They basically doubled their holdings with their ICO by proxy scheme.

I definitely think that ARDR is a very good investment and is going to pump really soon!

Whether you are going to hold short-term or longterm, you will probably be making a decent profit from the next pump.
