Basically :
1. Time warp attack manipulate mined block timestamp to reduce mining difficulty so miners can mine more Bitcoin (with same hashrate) and less costs to launch 51% attack
2. 51% attack can make sure specific transaction never confirmed, double-spend happen and block mined by minority become orphan
