Could you elaborate on what an AdApp is?
What exactly is an adapp?
After doing a bit of research on NAV - it seems AdApps could be the ultimate goal for the libertarian mindset. Ethereum and NEO don't have this anywhere on their roadmap, nor does it look possible at this point in time for either.
