Be careful, they are not in the same coin. The first part you notice to be able to judge is just by observing their coin ticker. When its in different coin ticker (Shortcut name/abbreviation of a coin/altcoin) it is a different coin. BCH stands for bitcoin cash, it is the legit coin, while the BCC is the bitconnect, it is a famous scam ponzi scheme coin.

Instead of going only after abbreviations, try to find the name behind each coin. Bitcoin cash is the real currency which BCH represents while there is confusion for BCC as BCC is also another crypto currency that is Bitconnect. Names might differ in different exchanges so better look for the descriptive name first.

They are the same Altcoins but not the same commodity in which BCC represent Bitconnect and BCH represent Bitcoin cash. You must pay attention carefully to the correct acronym because you might lost your coins in the transactions especially during deposit and withdrawal because exchanges have intended wallet for each coin.
The only things that similar is both is a shitcoin. Bitconect(BCC) is known to be a coin that runs a Ponzi scheme, luckily the site is already dead, but the company made a new business which is the BitconnectX ICO, I'm sure it will result the same as their lending programs. And Bitcoin Cash (BCH) is a useless coin made for a personal profit and a disgrace to the cryptocurrencies community. They think BCH is the only solution to improve the Bitcoin transaction fees and time.

Depend on the exchange, in Bittrex, BCC is bitcoin cash but in the other ones, BCH is bitcoin cash. BCC is actually the shortcut of ponzi Bitconnect. They wanted to separate it from each other to avoid confusion.

It can be a bit confusing for new folk, sometimes when new coins are created their creator fails to check if there is already a coin there using the same label, most exchanges will be using BCH.

Yes they're the same in a lot of places but also some places BCC is bitconnect instead of bitcoincash. If you see BCH you can be sure it's bitcoin cash, if you see BCC you should make sure to check. They messed up the tickers in the early days.
Yep, this was messed up by the Bitcoin Cash guys... they first started using the BCC ticker, which was already taken but they didn't know abbout it 
So now the righ ticker for Bitcoin Cash is BCH, but some exchanges still use BCC because they listed it like that before and for some reason didn't change it to the correct one yet.

You should pay extra attention to that if you are looking to sell. Bitcoin Cash used to be under the ticker of BCC in many exchanges but BCH is more commonly used for it.
