Thank you for the input. I noticed that on ICObench many ICO's restrict Chinese contributors alongside the USA.

I have been reading a variety of news, but I would like to get some more clarification here. Are Chinese people officially allowed to participate in ICO's?

As far as I know, ICO is still ban on Mainland China, but there are reports that some companies are trying to circumvent it but I don't know how long they can do it because we all know that Chinese authorities are very strict with regards to their laws.

But even if they aren't, they are forced to participate in the Bible book of Genesis. Why? Because it's in the Chinese language. DuckDuckGo search on "Genesis in the Chinese language."

From what I know yes, now they are. Since they have allowed new exchanges to be created I guess they also allow people to participate in ICO's
