If you are working in online marketplaces, then you must know a little about currency, so you can give advice to everyone if you want.  You will understand in place

Well I have not gone to a crypto currency conference before. I do know it does cost alot to attend it. And I do think for most of them you can watch it online for free.
So I will just do this if I really do want to hear someone talk. I do not think it is worth all the trouble to buy the ticket for something we can watch online for nothing. But if you want to meet a person there well then maybe it is worth that for you to go.

Well, if you have time, opportunities, and money to visit it (if it's in another city and you need to book a hotel), then why not?

In the end, if there is something particular you would like to see or meet someone—go. It's only your decision. Still, every conference is something unique, and my previous answer can't describe all of them. Some are really nice.

Nice topic for a discussion. I think yes, if you have a particular reason to visit it. Let's imagine:
- You're a business owner, interested in partnerships. It's possible you can meet new people, investors, and discuss your project and ideas.

I know nothing about cryptography conferences, but I would agree with this one. If you're willing, as a beginner, to get something valuable... maybe it's not the best place.

Why? Take any conference and its agenda. Take a look at what they consist of: grand opening, VIP concerts, afterparty... It's not really about getting valuable information. OR MAYBE, if you just want to spend time in a nice hotel, place, meet new people, or going for a vacation...

No. They are not useful. Except for cryptography conferences. But you are probably too stupid to get anything from those.
