I have never get an amazon gift card being reversed, and do not think it is really possible to do so. Once you apply gift card balance to your amazon account, It is their fault if there is some error (at least that is what I think) and your balance should stand.

You can buy gift cards from gyft or purse as they are trusted websites from where you can get legit amazon gift cards. I also have been selling gift cards since years and since I get them from reputed sources, there is no question of them being reversed and there is no way the seller can chargeback gift cards. Only if they are bought using fraudulent ways like stolen credit cards, your gift card balance will reach 0. The best way that I've found is to earn these gift cards from gaming websites and apps as those codes are the safest to use.

right, I understand.  I guess the safest way would be to verify the funds and use the giftcard immediately in person for the goods.  I don't plan on sitting on a giftcard balance once buying, but I would be pretty upset if a order got canceled or something while I was waiting for the item to ship.

thanks guys
use a highly vouched escrow for the trade ,escrow wont release the funds until your order is confirmed.
convince the seller for this terms.

Anything and everything can happen with gift cards, and it does not always happen immediately.  It could take weeks/months before funds are revoked/withheld(this is especially true with Amazon).

Yes.

Doesn't matter, it's up to Amazon, eBay, PayPal, the credit card company, the bank/credit unions, the store that sold the card, and if all else fails, court orders. A court cannot order the entire planet's full blockchain crypto nodes to reverse a transaction, so crypto is the only payment method that has no possibility of chargebacks.

I have some BTC that I am looking to trade for either amazon GC or ebay GC.  has anyone had any bad experiences doing so?  If I verify that a code actually has the funds and then use it to buy something, can the seller claim fraud, and the retailer cancel my purchase, and Ill be out of the BTC and the GC code.

Thanks for any info!
