Thanks a lot for your reply. I did indeed receive a response to my mail. It seems they just took a few hours as was in the middle of chinese night on saturday-night but as soon as it was 8 am in China i got a fast reply.
Huobi has a very nice support team and they fixed it immediately.

The most effective way to reach supports of Chinese exchanges is to call their hotline or QQ chat. These two channels are 24/7 available. No one will send email, that's not our manner.

I want to withdraw some coins from my Huobi account.
I have tried the "Resend SMS" button more than 40 times already and no luck. I have tried different browsers, clearing cache, two computers, using my wife's huobi account and mine (different phones) and i don't manage to get the damn SMS.
Could somebody please verify if they are getting their SMS when requested.
