you cannot fish merit from us because you are an obvious alt account that wanted to farm merit.

I use to see legendary and senior members with lots of merits and i ask my self sometimes..,
How do these people make it up to this point?
How do they get plenty of merits!?
Or sometimes i feel it's programmed

This has nothing to do with programming. such people are researchers and people who have versatile understanding and interpretation of the bitcointalk site. If you want to rise here, you need to research and learn more.

About being programmed ? yes every account when the Merit system started had their AIRDROP merit in which stands for

Member = 10 merits

Full members = 100 merits

Senior members = 250 merits

Hero members = 500 merits

Legendary members = 1000 merits

and all of those ranks  has Corresponding Sendable merits in which very Little comparing to their given merits.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
But after that merit system starts all the newly created account are obliged to earn those merits before reaching the rank aside from the required activity points .
Meaning that those you find having plenty of merit but stays to those mentioned stats meaning they still have the Airdrop merits and never gain a single one since the implementation years ago.
You have nothing to worry there are new people who rose from newbie to higher ranks because of merits, you're going to get it if you are good in participating in discussion and, just don't beg for it or buy merits go check the beginner's section, it's a good place to start on your journey here in Bitcointalk and some tips on how to get merits.
