I also noticed that recently projects do not even indicate the end date of the presale, as they are not sure that before the date they have planned they will be able to collect the necessary amount. Now, when the market falls harder to find good investors.
Yes, most projects currently do not indicate the end date of the ICO, but who indicates that then will postpone this date for a while. I think when the situation in the market stabilizes, the projects will collect money better and faster. The unstable situation on the market really frustrates investors, but it is temporary.

Hi,

I have not been in the game long only a few months but it seems that a lot of ICO's that I am looking at either end up not hitting soft caps, putting their offering back for a few months or doing extra discounts or airdrops last minute to secure more investment.

Has this always been the case or is there a change in the number or people that are investing from the start?

Hi where did you see this info? Is it on your research which you just observe every ICO you could search?

First my answers comes from different ICO and just what I what know and my knowledge about investment.

When ICO market increase is still base on peoples investment that is why it changes and thats is always the case in every ICO

1. Some dont reach sop cap and some reach for the soft cap
2. Some ICO just hit soft cap and not hard cap and some hits hard cap.

All in all yes different ICO change because of people who invest.

One of the offerings I was looking at was the one from your sig DIW. I think that one was put back to June but then pulled forward again?

I also noticed that recently projects do not even indicate the end date of the presale, as they are not sure that before the date they have planned they will be able to collect the necessary amount. Now, when the market falls harder to find good investors.

Exactly the majority now just say ongoing. It makes me wonder if it puts people off investing? maybe if they set a date and kept to it either more people would invest knowing its closing or it might be a sign that they project isn't advanced enough or they are expecting to much from it.

Yes, now it is a big problem for any ICO to hit soft cap, I am not speaking fo hard cap even, because investors afraid to lose their money in this, the market is very unstable now.

Many people have lost money in these ICO investments so now investors are worried to put their money in these new ICO's. Also, many governments are banned to sell these ICO's their citizens and major social network sites are stopped advertising services to ICO promotions. All these factors affected to raise funds but whoever raised funds last year was lucky because most of them hit the hard cap very fast and people were ready to through their money on these coins.

That's not the case sir. Few ICO's were not hit their soft caps because of small amount of investors invests in their company, some were not doing hard work to advertise their platform publicly and some ICO's is a catchy to the eye of investors. That's the one mostly success because of their advertising strategy and uniqueness of their project.
