I am terrible at Fantasy Football!!!
There are less bounty projects in the forum now than before, especially due to poor bounty management. But the popularity of the forum has decreased a lot compared to before and people are more interested in Tap to earn project based work. Moreover, most of the bounty projects nowadays cheat the bounty hunters because of which the bounty hunters are losing interest in working on the bounty nowadays.
It cannot be said that there is any difference in the popularity of the forum because of the bounty campaigns or because of their decrease, but yes it can be said that people are more interested in signature campaigns these days than the bounty campaigns. Preferring Signature Campaigns is the main reason that there aren't a lot of bounties in the forum nowadays because there are fewer participants.

Another reason why people lose interest in bounties is that many times the tokens given as compensation from bounties have been fake tokens due to which many people have completely lost interest in it because once you get cheated, it's hard to believe that thing the second time around.

In signature campaigns, even if the payment is low, it is sure that there is at least something being given.
Simply put, bounties had their time and since the results most people got were very poor, now very few people are interested in joining one, which is a completely reasonable response, as I am sure that anyone that was serious about bounty hunting has been scammed dozens of time already, and when the same thing keeps happening over and over again, then it is obvious that whatever interest they may have had on bounty campaigns has disappeared long ago.

Of course people are still very interested in joining the bounty on this forum

Yes you need a bounty manager that people already trust on this forum.

So a new account like mine won't work? Where can I find a tutorial to run a bounty? I see people using many graphics and gifs, which I am unsure how to do.

P.S. Thank you for directing me to the bounties board. I am not sure how to tag the page here. Learning my way here.
Actually there is another way for you to successfully run a bounty campaign on this forum, that is to collaborate with trusted members who have a good reputation, who are also used to handling bounty campaigns, however there are many fake campaigns popping up in the altcoin bounty thread at the moment, that's actually what This is the reason why many members no longer believe in the campaign there

BTT traffic was not falling drastically, but other things happened a few months ago, and as I previously stated, it had increased following the adoption of the BTC ETF. The major issue is that too many automation platforms have been developed since a few years ago, which has dominated the demand from project developers to run their bounty. I want to inform you that platforms like Galxe, L3, and even Freemint have been automating bounty tasks.

Social media bounties were useless when they were on Bitcointalk and those are still useless on platforms you mentioned. I'm glad such bounties are less on Bitcointalk these days as those were serving no purpose others than bringing clusters of newbie accounts hoping to multi-abuse.

Quote
This also makes it easier for developers to run their projects without having to undertake manual campaigns. Finally, these automated platforms for bounty campaigns have reduced the need to manually operate bounty campaigns in BTT.

Still, for signature campaigns, forums are better place, and should I say more 'worth it' for projects as well.

They only make those campaigns as a basis for forum activities and when they see that there are less people participating it or they are not earning on existing campaigns here then these people think about that forum popularity is decreasing. Lots of people having good discussions about everything related to bitcoin and crypto that's why I see that there's still a lot of people goes here because they can still get some good information's here.

Also lots of bounty campaigns are not paying that's why lots of people are avoiding to participate its because its not worth it to join now compare before since the chances to get paid is so less. Those platforms you mentioned is the new destination for those campaigns but I didn't bother to participate now since its like we are just wasting our time with them.

But OP could try to join on those platforms or participate on airdrop campaigns if he's eager to do some task and try to earn money from these.

I have been wandering around BitcoinTalk for a while and know the reach of Bounties in the last few cycles. This time I was wondering to do a bounty for a client I am helping.
Things that I noticed here:
1. You need to be a Bounty Manager.
Is that a prerequisite? A new account won't be able to do it?
2. I don't see any bounties now.
Has the bounties and hunters phase faded away?

Help: Did anyone organize one or participate in a recent bounty? Would be great if you could share the link.

You can try to become a bounty manager if you want, but the problem you will face is that not many people will want to join your bounty as you have no prior history of successfully managing such campaigns, and the fact that you are newbie does not help at all either, and when it comes to the bounties, I am sure that if you look hard enough you will find them, however using bounties to promote a project here on the forum is nowhere near as popular as it once was.

Becoming a bounty manager needs a lot of patience and this will also consume your time if you have a lot of projects that are managing.

And a lot of active bounties are now ongoing which can join but some of them are limited participants, so you need to be updated for you to be able to join.
There's no way that you could really be able to handle it all not unless if you do go full time then it would really be  that possible but if you are just making some side hassles then you would really be that definitely
be not to handle those things and also there's no way that you could really be able to assure that you could make money out of it because we know that projects that you've been dealing on with, isnt something that gives out that kind of assurance that they would really be distributed into its bounty hunters and would really be ending up on having value. This is what we are really that hoping or wishing for on which it gets listed
and we would really be able to cherish out the hard work that we had done specially that lbounty durations are really that taking several weeks or even months.

Dealing with it will really be still having that kind of risks that you might be wasting up your precious time into some shit projects on which this is something that
you should really be needing to consider before making some engagement.

Why not use one of the notable bounty managers we have in this great forum to run your bounty for you.
There are a good number of them who provide thus service and very committed to what they do. And yes bounty still very active in the forum even though it may seems there are few legit project running bounty in the forum, but the community are very much engaged as before.
The Moment there is a new legit bounty,  you will be surprise the number of users showing interest to join campaign.

As usual, I think the bounty will be exciting when many quality projects appear, but at this time most of the projects there are really unattractive. And also the change in marketing platforms in the crypto space has also seen a lot of innovation so hunters may be looking at galxe, zealy,...
so sometimes bitcointalk spaces can be difficult to compete with painting. Anyway, I hope that in the near future there will be more cooperation to launch quality programs in this space.

In my opinion it is seasonal, if BTC rises or gains popularity again, in most cases all alts are brought up too, including new projects. Newcomers will try to go invest in new projects and therefore some coins are pump. I remember the time when joining in some bounties and earning 200 bucks just joining airdrop and some petty jobs like sharing the tweets, however it isn't the case for now, as I see only gambling projects are the ones that could give you any decent amounts of money if you try to join in aside from signature campaignes.
It changed quite a bit because I had also participated in a number of bounty campaigns before, and as I mentioned, in the past we have seen very few marketing platforms offering campaigns and almost like bitcointalk offers communication between the project and the community.

But the change in the web3 environment brings professional automation and also reasonable procedures to facilitate between parties, although there is still optimism that quality bounty campaigns will appear in the future but it's not too important, because since bitcoin recovered from $16k I haven't seen exciting new campaigns in this space.

Bounties used to be very good in the past, I remember the times when people used to be crazy for bounties, and at that time, there used to be a lot of good ones as well. I still remember I participated in a bounty campaign for just one week back in the day, and I got tokens worth $50 for just one week which I believe was great because you barely get that much money for a whole month or two from most bounties, and nowadays, you will barely get that much from many campaigns.

So I don't think it's worth it anymore, but still, you should check out the Bounties (Altcoins) section because there are some bounties running there. Make sure you join the ones where the manager is a good one, @julerz is a good manager, you can join his campaigns and you will surely get some profit.

There are still bounties as they used to be. You just have to go to the bounty board and you’d find them there. Theres also signature bounty which is common as you can see signatures under some replies.

Adding to that, being a bounty manager isn’t easy. First, you need to earn trust. The top bounty managers on this platform have earned so much trust that they are known to be very trustworthy. You’ll have to earn that. And even afterwards, managing a bounty campaign isn’t easy. It’s stressful and requires a lot of work and attention to detail.

I have not participated into any of the bounties but I know how much they are in nowadays as people are trying to find the best opportunity and invest accordingly.

A friend of mine had a very good experience while investing and participating into a bounty of which I don't remember the name.

If you're interested in being a bounty manager then do it in a professional way, create your thread in the service board, state your offers and acceptance, give your terms and conditions of service, then through these, you could be contacted for a management of any campaign.

Anyone can be a bounty manager, what prospective businesses want is to employ someone of high reputation and trust, you cant except for a random newbie to just create an account and want to handle other peoples business without having someone to rely on, anyone can cart away their money and run.

1. New account would do, but the main question on here is that on the moment that you would be getting your first project because companies or emlpoyers doesnt really that easily get newbie accounts but rather they would really be sticking into those known campaign managers of this forum, but it turns out that you are already have a client then its good. All you do need is on how to manage the campaign.
Try to check out those campaign managers neither on services or bounties.

2. YOu could check out on hereL https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0

It is really that still significant nowadays on which there are really that tons of participants who do get engaged with bounties but of course success rate about
being profitable or making money with it is much lesser in compared into those previous cycles. So it would really be that a hard choice
into those who are really wanting to have that good side income.

If you are really active you will notice some few bounties are currently active though you won’t see much of them probably because this is not a bounty season. What i mean is that there are no many new projects at the moment that’s why it so. When we enter into the season where new projects are being introduced you will definitely see a lot of bounties to participate in. There is nothing like prerequisite to participate in bounties, the only rule that applies is the rules set by the campaign manager. You will see lots of bounty participants in campaigns managed by reputable managers but that not the case with campaigns managed by non reputable managers.

The rate at which people get scammed from bounties is high and it has been a factor that affects the number of bounty hunters in the forum. I hate to break this to you but bounties are really not worthy nowadays soo my advice for you is to not rely solely on bounties they are more like a waste of time.

The bounty section is losing popularity in Bitcoin forums mainly because of incompetent bounty managers and bounty hunters. Moreover, there is no benefit from running the project here, so Bounce from project to Bitcoin forum is finding it unnecessary to run the project, due to which our Bounce section is basically losing popularity.

There are still bounties in the forum but you will get participants like the two replies above mine, who are cheaters that use multiple accounts and spamming threads with low quality comments. There are better ways to distribute new tokens these days, that’s why we don’t see many good bounties on Bitcointalk anymore.

You can be a bounty manager at any rank but there are serial scammers who create new accounts and then disappear without paying, so many people will not trust a manager with newbie or low rank.
Even before they are already there and we can expect more of them now because cryptos are getting hotter than ever. It does not mean that we will only let them do their plans but we will also try our best to stop them. Not that I'm biased but I'd say bounties are still among those better ways to distribute a token because we can ensure that the people who got it have did their best to do their designated tasks.

A good project should not ignore this forum and its marketing schemes like bounty campaigns because it can surely help them to get the best exposure that they've always wanted. If the bounty manager is a newbie, then they must show enough proof that they are credible for this job, so that people are going to trust them.

Plenty gambling projects do bounties here, probably cause they find it worth it. However, regarding altcoins, quality projects have faded away from altcoin bounties section since long (may be cause they didn't find doing bounties worth it?), and that makes alt bounties not worth it, so participants don't go there either.

Regarding managing bounty, you are better off hiring experienced BM, than doing it yourself. You can find BMs in Services section.

A Bitcoiner chooses. A slave obeys.
Depends on the project and the bounty manager. Both have to be trustworthy. But the project also needs to be really good, otherwise your work will equate to 0 profits. And 90%+ of all projects are total crap which will fail in the near future. So you need an eye for the good projects.

No, you don't have to be a bounty manager to participate bounties. And anyone who seem to be representating or tasked to run a bounty by a client, you do it on your own diligence.

Things that I noticed here:
1. You need to be a Bounty Manager.
Is that a prerequisite? A new account won't be able to do it?
If you already found a client that will launch a bounty campaign here, and they already assigned you to be their bounty manager then a new account doesn't matter. The only downside though is that, if you're a newbie-ranked user, you can't post any images in your bounty thread, and as you rank up to Jr. Member, you can post images from there.

A new account doesn't matter if you want to be a bounty manager TBH. There are some restrictions, but the trust is something that will be important if you want to be a bounty manager. It will take a long time to build it.
2. I don't see any bounties now.
Has the bounties and hunters phase faded away?
If you will look at the bounties section, there are still new bounty campaigns being launched although it wasn't as many as it was many years ago. You don't see any bounties now? You might want to visit the bounties section for that. As for bounty hunters, they are still here spending their time earning a few bucks. TBH, I don't know if it's worth their time "UNLESS" they're using multiple account which most of the time is the case for most of the bounty hunters.

I think everyone will choose a bounty to get tokens and get them for free, and of course only certain bounties can give prizes in the form of tokens, therefore before taking part in a bounty, it's best to check in detail about the bounty. , if the development team and bounty manager are experienced people, you can be sure that the bounty has good potential,

The bounty program is one way to get tokens for free, and of course there are lots of crypto users who take part in this program, even though there are lots of bounties that are just cheating, but if you study and research in depth about the bounty you want to participate in, the level of success in getting the profits are very wide open.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
I will give my opinion on your question here.
1. You need to be a Bounty Manager.
Is that a prerequisite? A new account won't be able to do it?
I can just do it, but you have to be a purchased cooper member to be able to take pictures, but if the beginner account doesn't show pictures then it's less interesting.
But it's better to leave it to a famous manager to increase the audience more even though there is no guarantee.

2. I don't see any bounties now.
Has the bounties and hunters phase faded away?
Bounties still exist, some are still active you can search the board.
I don't think it's fading, it's just that now many projects are not promising bounty hunters, so most of the value is not valuable at all.

Yes, you can.

Try opening this link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote.

It will link you to the page where you may purchase copper membership. Because of the price of bitcoin, it could cost you roughly $27/0.00041091 BTC.

There is another option for you to publish an image without having to pay for a copper membership. You can try to earn some merit so that your account will be able to publish images.

Help: Did anyone organize one or participate in a recent bounty? Would be great if you could share the link.
Try to spend a few minutes in the altcoin section. As someone else said above, go to the bounty page. Irfan pak, even julerz are still actively managing their bounty. You can also create your own bounty. Ther's no rank requirement do to that.

1. You need to be a Bounty Manager.
Is that a prerequisite? A new account won't be able to do it?

I have just went to the bounty board on altcoins boards and bounty threads are plenty on the first page which makes me not to even go to the second page.

Go to here: Bounties (Altcoins). You will see many bounty threads and you will see the bounty manager for each.

I have been wandering around BitcoinTalk for a while and know the reach of Bounties in the last few cycles. This time I was wondering to do a bounty for a client I am helping.
