a good question, it is very difficult to get a signature that directly paid and can be in exchange with other coins. in fact I never find it, if there are certain people will follow it.

maybe you mean that weekly project like i follow now you can see my signature.
if you want a project like this maybe you can be more timely and always active so as not to miss new news. because the weekly project is so out if we are late register will be full. maybe that's the time it takes only 3 hours it's full. Happy hunting and be patient.

Payment Gateway Allows Recurring Payments
My campaign(Bitcore) has its token listed already in some exchanges, if you haven't checked it out before there are slots before but it was full at the moment already.

Edit: there's one slot, try to apply if you have read my post.

It is very rare to find this, most ICOs allocate money for marketing post ICO and rarely any of them do that, however you can check OAX they have campaign running and they are already listed in Binance and couple more exchanges, I do not know the paying rate because I am only in the Twitter campaign, you can give them a look (OpenANX ) .

It's been a while since the times when bitcoin campaigns really payed well and there was a sufficient amount of them for forum members. I am thinking about looking at altcoin campaigns, but I usually see that they are ICOs promising to pay some day. I wanted to ask you whether there are any ongoing signature campaigns that are paying weekly in tokens which are already listed on solid exchanges. My solid I mean those that don't have a $20 gas fee or anything. I am talking about exchanges where you can really trade your weekly salary for other coins.
I agree on the thing you do said where nowdays btc campaigns becoming more scarce and isnt sufficient for the entire community. We dont know whats the actual reason but i have views that it might have the reasons that these campaigns or marketing isnt really effective at all(based on my observations). I had known recently about the thing you are looking for which a campaign of IOST but currently they arent accepting new applicants and would end up on this month and also byteball do have signature campaign on previous months.

Yes,I found two campaigns with your criteria, both are paying in bitcoire (BTX) which is already listed on many exchange, one is for their signature campaign which paying $50 worth of BTX weekly and another one Reddit campaign which paying $20 of BTX weekly and both were manager by Hhampuz. Smiley BUt I think they were CNPF for now so keep checking their thread to find a slot there.

To buy or not to buy - that is the question ;)
I don't think you will ever find a campaign with such criteria. Projects won't pay weekly their coins. As if they do, bounty participants will just break  the ICO price. that is why projects pay the reward, at the end of the ICO.  And moreover they even can freeze bounty tokens for some time, this way they secure the price of their coin in post ICO period
