We have a list of Bitcoin Ad networks at http://bitcoinbarrel.com/bitcoin-advertising-networks/

There is a variety of sites on the list including CPM, CPC, Pay-per-day, etc.

The best CPC sites that I use are CoinZilla, BitMedia, Mellowads, and CoinUrl (all on the list).

has CoinUrl ever paid you???
or let me put it this way-has CoinUrl paid you recently?
there are numerous reports of them  not payng
just check the scam accusation thread here or  google *coinurl scam
I am interested because I have an account with them ,holding some dust (0.001 btc or similar) and I have stopped using their ads on my sites long ago

I would never ever use coinurl. don't waster your time with them.

best ad service is bitmedia in my opinion.

DGbet.fun - Crypto Sportsbook
I dont know PPC sites since i dont have any interest on engaging to them and as other members said here you should search in google and you will find some for sure. There are still ppc sites with bitcoin but i dont think theres a many of them (only few) because people dont see this thing as profitable.

Vave.com - Crypto Casino
Right now ppc sites are very low, and these days only very few websites seems to be legit. I have been into ppc usage long back, but till date haven't got to know any of the websites to pay in terms of bitcoin for the clicks made.

You will have a terrible time trying to find one that will accept you. I'd suggest sticking with google adsense or something similar unfortunately.

Agree, At this moment sticking with Adsense is a good option because there are no good alternatives available which pay in cryptocurrencies. It's better to earn from the options where you can get maximum returns and even if it's fiat then you can buy bitcoins with that amount until any good alternative comes up with the cryptocurrencies.

Bazinga!
speaking from experience nobody will ever click on your adds in your blog, and although each click is worth more when you get 1 click out of 1000 visits it is waste of time. instead use pay par view (CPM).

but here is the list of ad networks paying with bitcoin: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-bitcoin-advertising-networks-1108616

Personal Text Space Not For Sale
There is a lot of advertising network that have PPC (or as I preferred, CPC) method. One of the most popular and largest one will be MellowAds.

The requirement is very high though. Unless your blog have a good Alexa standing and traffic, you will probably not pass the requirement,
