Of course he got that because he was one of the employees who worked there. That makes sense.
I don't think that birthday vouchers for gambling customers will ever happen, considering that there are definitely a lot of customers who have the same birthday.
Is it true that the casino is willing to spend that much money for each customer and every day someone has a birthday?  Cheesy

I don't think there's casinos who do, and if there are I don't know of any that provides such perks lol. Plus isn't that a little too pushy of them in the first place?

While I see the benefit of implementing birthday bonuses to drive access and users into casinos who ask for KYC before they allow withdrawals or deposits, I don't think it's wise as some people may think this drives the "they are collecting our info for their own benefit" narrative which these casinos are trying their hardest to avoid and dispel. Plus what's the incentive for the casino? Since this sets the precedent that people are patrons of their casino in the first place, how would casinos benefit such users, and how would they track them? This to me makes a lot more problems than solutions which makes it an even less handsome way to really entice people into playing for casinos, if there is even one who implements this in the first place.
It's true that casinos never think about KYC for their users. because it is feared that this identity will backfire on them.
The casino's strategy is even better than just giving birthday gifts to its customers. they also spend a lot of money to attract new customers or retain their regular customers. one of them is with contests with big prizes, or by paying advertisers out there.

The only casino I saw that offered a birthday bonus to its users was stake.com casino and I don't know if they still do that. but without a doubt it was a good thing that stake.com did, I believe it was a way to encourage people to do kyc in a more fun way without pressure. I haven't managed to get this birthday bonus yet, even though I'm a verified member, but honestly I don't care much about it, because my goal is to play at the casino and have fun and profit if I get lucky, if I don't get lucky I won't either I will be sad that I was unable to make a profit. I understand very well that gambling is not something to make a profit, so with this thought I am aware that I shouldn't worry about things like bonuses

things like dreaming about big profits. the only big bonus I received was when my account was upgraded to another level, other than that I don't remember getting a very big bonus, probably because I'm not a big player and that's why I don't get big bonuses even when it comes to monthly and weekly bonus. When I can increase my betting amount, then I will be able to get decent bonuses, but I only plan to start betting with decent amounts when I make profits on my trades. For now I just make small bets. I very much doubt that there are many casinos that are giving birthday bonuses to their customers, because they would have to be giving bonuses every day to many customers and the casino would go bankrupt because many customers would play with little money while the casino would be giving them a lot of money. of bonus
Exactly what I have in mind. Far as I know they don't offer this anymore and I don't know the reason either since it would've been a real good way for stake and other reputable casinos who require KYC/AML to entice users into signing up with them. And personally I would've really loved getting bonuses like these as I think there's a good number of us gamblers who stick only to one type of casino regardless of the situation (besides getting banned of course).

Perhaps it's got something to do with campaigning and how it just doesn't hit as much impact as getting instant sign up/deposit bonuses? After all you're going to have to wait for a long while (sucks to be you if you're born at the end stretch of the year) so I think this is one of the reasons why casinos stopped offering these types of things. And to add up it doesn't necessarily incentivize users to really play games and become their patron as it only requires you to stick around for a good while and maybe pop up and login on your birthday so you don't lose the bonuses. If the lack of birthday bonuses paved the way for other types of even greater bonuses and perks to be given to users, then good, but if not then what the hell lol.

On a normal basis, most casinos usually create nice promotional offers , Cashbacks and many bonuses of other kinds. But when it comes to bonuses on special days to users like birthdays, I have never come across one. The only multiple cases I have seen are bonuses on days that are of general celebrations like new year and Christmas holidays.

For a casino especially an online one to be able to give bonuses to users on their birthdays, logically those customers should have done KYCs for the casino to be aware of their date of birth. And since many users here try to avoid KYC, I don't think it's something they have also experienced.

as pointed out by other users above, the situation in the OP is that the woman is actually not a user of the offline casino but a worker. so the scenario is different. i can understand that not only gambling business can do that to their employee because most companies are giving something to their employees during their birthdays, like incentives or cash gift or vouchers, depending on how their HR program for their employees.

but for most online casinos, you won't find such incentive on a normal basis. but at stake, if you have higher tier level, you can get something like swogerino mentioned above.

Casinos offer all sort of bonuses and most of reputable ones offer ongoing bonuses.I don't know for most casinos and their birthday bonus but at Stake during 2 birthdays I have had there as a member of them for such time I got really nice bonuses as I was a Vip level once Bronze the lowest status and go 25 dollars for my birthday while when I was Silver another level I got 50 dollars as bonus and to me these type of amounts look great.Who gives you 50 dollars nowadays for your birthday,no one most likely.

People do get birthday gifts from some online casinos. The types of bonuses that can be given are free spins, bonus cash, and otherwise. It's important to check the specific terms and conditions or contact the casino you are using to see if birthday bonuses are available and what kind of bonuses they are.
These people are members of the casino and not employees of the casino. So it is normal for casinos to give their members birthdays.
We need to find out what the online casinos give their employees for their birthdays.
Maybe employees with birthdays will get free spins or other bonuses, as you said. Maybe they won't get any bonus or get a bonus in the form of a salary increase or something else. But we still don't know.
The incident described is an incident experienced by an employee at a physical casino so that it may have been given by the casino to its employees.
Yeah and i dont see the point on why its been trying out to be connecting this particular situation on which asking about having on the same bonuses with online gamblers? Definitely not.
They wont really be having the funds on giving out such bonuses unless if you are that part of their staff or employee then it would be normal that you might be having chances on getting those
perks but if we do speak about being just their user or gambler then you wont really be getting anything. In the situation that been shown on OP or described out then it is really
just that lucky that theyre company did make out some recognition of his wife hard work and this is why getting those voucher which its wise on exchange it to cash
rather than on playing it on gambling.

Never heard of any. I am only familiar with referral and welcome bonuses 'coz it is more inclusive in most instances but indeed it would be a good thing to have in this industry if there's not a single site still to offer such promotion.
It will be very easy to understand buddy. Like when they will give this bonuses to all user of their casinos then they will also put a hard terms and conditions so that not everyone will receive or can directly withdrawal to their bank account. If the casino added up specific amount of wager requirement then it can be also hard for winning to the users. So it can be also a marketing strategy for casino to give voucher there users as a birthday bonuses.
I have received bonus several times from different casinos but could not win with that bonus money. I don't know why it becomes very difficult to bet with bonus money. I think it is very difficult to win with bonus money.  Hands are behind losing bets. But when I deposit my own money I win bets pretty well.
If this is the case, then probably they are protecting their platforms from abuse and that's just a normal response from them. It could also just be a coincidence given that with birthday bonuses, it will only happen once a year and if you are unlucky for that day then we cannot do anything about the outcome. On my end I would still appreciate it 'coz that's something I won't get on a daily basis. Also, doesn't mean that it is a special day for us, then same thing would be to the gambling site. We are still playing with our chances and fortune therefore we cannot wish for any certainty or assurance of an outcome that will be in favor for us.

Hi guys,

So, my neighbor's wife works as a customer attendant in one local casino some miles away from where we live, a day before yesterday (which was Monday) was her birthday, she didn't go to work that day because the casino management to rest and enjoy with her family, she went to work yesterday being Tuesday, she came back in the evening and was so happy, so, me and her husband trying to find out what was the reason for her happiness, she announced to us that the casino management gave her a $150 voucher, which she can either use to play games in the casino and possibly win more, or she can redeem it for real cash from the casino's cashier, she not wanting to risk losing the money proceeded to the casino's cashier and redeemed the voucher, and the money was sent straight to her bank account almost immediately.

We celebrated with her, because $150 is quite a nice sum of money when converted to our local currency.

This incident caused  me to begin to wonder is there are any online casinos that actually celebrate their user's birthday by giving them such bonus on their birthday?
I am interested to know if there be any casino like that?

OP is the wife of your given neighbor she is an employee of the casino she works at she is not a user of the casino platform. If he was a user and his birthday was celebrated then maybe you could have mentioned a question like this here. Our country does not have a gambling platform due to which there is no such celebration but there are many good companies in my country where the birthday of a company worker is actually celebrated by the company. So to my knowledge there is no casino platform that celebrates user or customer birthdays.

That's so true!
I have received the same free bets and cannot even win in casino games. The same goes with tips from other gamblers, it can easily be wasted without even feeling the RTP. But when you deposit it's way different, the returns are unbelievable and compared to the free bets, the difference is way far. Sometimes it gives a good profit or if I am losing it gives back in a rush, unlike with tips and free bets where it dips too hard first before it gives a part of your bets.
I guess it is written in their system to behave like that from free bets, tips, and bonuses, which is why when I get a bonus I don't bet the entire amount in just one game, I try to prolong the game and try if I could bend the system and win something.
I've been playing for a long time which is why I know this and I have been tipped by a lot of gamblers too from trivia and roll hunts and it's not that hard to spot the difference against deposits.
It's kind of wrong but I guess they just want their money back. The percentage of winning is pretty low for bonuses and other freebies and I bet it won't be changed anytime.

These are two different contradicting statements, that is, "A casino celebrating the birthday of one of it's customer care attendants with a voucher" and "A casino celebrating the birthday of a random user", because just as a casino is likely to have a range of 50 to 100 people working as staff in a casino company, that same casino is likely to also have over 10,000 to 100,000 active users, of which if they start wishing to be gifting $150 for each birthday celebrant, such casino is likely to go bankrupt, but giving out "Free spin" to birthday celebrants it's likely to be a good marketing strategy.

That was a bonus as she works for the company but as for the casinos, IIRC, there were casinos that do this also to the loyal customers that they have. And even with not the loyal customers as long as they've been active and have sums of voluming wager to them, they'll consider it.

But as for the amount of bonus or gift, I don't think that many will receive the same amount as the casino worker. They're generous to their workers for giving that much knowing that it's a big amount against the local currency.

I'd also do the same, I'll spend it for something else and won't put it back to the casino.

I don't understand this, but it seems like if it's a customer, I think it's impossible for a casino to give gift vouchers to its users who have birthdays because if there are a lot of customers and almost every day someone has a birthday, it's the same as being detrimental to the casino owner himself, bonuses and bonuses vouchers are usually only offered during promotions or on big holidays and not giving gift vouchers to customers who have birthdays.

Yes, this could be a kind of marketing strategy for the casino by giving bonuses or free vouchers with certain conditions, but usually casinos give these bonuses only on big holidays or certain days and I have never heard of casinos giving birthday vouchers to people its users. But this can be a reference for casinos to only give bonuses to regular customers and not to new users so that regular customers feel valued and appreciated so that they will continue to gamble at the casino.

There is nothing wrong with casinos giving vouchers or free bonuses to their birthday users, but with terms and conditions that apply, perhaps with a minimum limit on how much they gamble on the site so that the casino does not feel at a loss by giving bonuses because the user has spent a lot of money gambling on the site. This means that someone who has a birthday feels like they are lucky on their birthday.

I taught I was the only one thinking this way when it comes to gambling and bonus it’s always hard to cash out with it, it’s either it’s very hard for one to make a big win with casino bonus and most times the wager requirements is always discouraging and I have tried countless times and if I’m to be correct I don’t know if I have won and withdrawn any single winning from bonus even on first deposit bonus and all of that.

If you do find out that your deposits without bonus do win bets pretty well then why would you make out bets on using up bonus in the first place? There's no way that you could really be able to get out
easily when using up those bonuses on which it would really be that normal that you would really be needing to reach up those wagering requirement on which this is something that you would be needing to hit up that threshold before you could really be able to make such withdrawal. Some might be able to get out but mostly they do really end up on losing + their deposits
on which this could really be simply be called as "traps" with these gambling houses or platforms.

We call it a worker or a staff bonus, and offline casinos are profitable business so they are generous in giving bonuses to their staff on their special day, other companies are doing the same, in our company the management is workers a paid day off to worker who's celebrating their birthday, your neighbor's wife is lucky to receive a huge amount of money.

On all the many casinos I've played only one casino gave me bonus in my birthday and its a local casinos, the bonus is free spins, that's the kind of bonuses online and offline casinos gave to their users but to their workers they are more generous because they help run the company to be profitable.

There are over 8 billion people in the world and there are 365 days in a year. For each of this 365days in a year, there are humans who have their birthdays every day. Casion is a business and casinos have to stay profitable. If a casino has a birthday bonus for customers, they are going to run out of business within a month. In fact that will be a stupid promotional and marketing strategy.

I like that the casinos recognize and celebrated the birthday of their employee in a special way. There will be increase in work satisfaction and motivation to work from their employees. They also watch it that it doesn't spur gambling addiction in their staff,
I think they will be other casino offering such bonuses even aside Stake and BK8.
Casino will not go bankrupt because of this not every users will be eligible to receive this bonus, even after Kyc and this bonus may come with some terms and conditions that will not allow users to redeem the money without placing bet while others will win and earn more but alot of others will also lost their bonus though still yet this will make such users continue to use such casino, since alot of individuals loves those customers treatment at special occasions like birthday

Unless it's a physical casino, I wouldn't mind it but so far, I haven't seen any online casinos that are a giving that kind of bonus because birthdays are a personal info if I recall and I don't think that it's a really good idea that they know about that kind of information right? Maybe if they do KYC but I don't think that they'll ever care about that kind of bonuses anyway maybe you'd get some sort of bonus spin or gambling credit but that's not going to help you in increasing your chances of winning.
Yes, that's true because there is direct contact in physical casinos so fellow employees can meet and talk after they finish work. Giving bonuses is very possible considering that superiors and employees can often meet so this will provide emotional closeness between superiors and employees. This also happens in other business fields where employees have birthdays and get birthday greetings from fellow employees and can also get bonuses from the company. This is a form of concern from the company for its employees.

Hi guys,
This incident caused  me to begin to wonder is there are any online casinos that actually celebrate their user's birthday by giving them such bonus on their birthday?

A quick answer to your question will be a yes because I have received several bonuses from some online casinos where I frequently play games, on my birthday last year, about three of the online casinos I do use to gamble did gave me free voucher on my birthday with wich I was allowed to gamble and not redeemable so I used them and I lost one and won with the other two, basically if you use these casinos often enough and your cumulative deposit on these casinos is quite tangible it's very likely they will give you such bonuses, it may come a s a free bet or maybe a voucher depending on the casinos policy on how the handle such.

For your neighbor's wife it may be a bonus for her because she works there of which it's common amongst most organizations to celebrate their staffs as the wish to because you didn't mention if she was a gambler so it's mostly like a benefit she got as a staff.

Speaking of online casinos, I'm happy to share that there are a few that offer birthday bonuses to their loyal customers. While the value of the bonus may not be as high as the $150 voucher your neighbor's wife received, it's still a nice gesture that can add to the excitement of your birthday celebration. Some of the online casinos that offer birthday bonuses are Stake, Bitsler and Riobet. Stake offers a $25 bonus, Bitsler offers a chest based on your VIP level, and Riobet offers a $50 bonus. It's important to note, however, that you must complete the verification process in order to receive the bonus.

I don't think any casino site in online casino can give you any kind of bonus for your personal reasons. I have never seen such a site.  If your wife got a bonus for something like this from a gambling platform then it is lucky for her. To be honest I have not seen any such site till now. I don't even know if anyone on this forum is familiar with such a site. However, casino sites may give you a bonus on the occasion of their side's anniversary or something else. Which is done by different sites in different events.

It is likely that online gambling will only provide ordinary bonuses and ordinary promotions to attract the attention of many people, except for other games such as battleground or moba games, maybe the company will hold a company anniversary bonus. because I think just the bonuses they provide can attract many customers to gamble, but another thing that is clear is that existing gambling companies will only provide bonuses and promotions as usual, that's for sure.

However, with offline gambling or physical gambling, maybe this could happen because they definitely want to make the visitors who come feel pleasure apart from the winnings they get from gambling. because in my opinion, physical casinos do not only rely on gambling but also on keeping customers comfortable in the gambling casino.
You are right, when it comes to looking after customers, taking care of them to ensure they are always well motivated to keep playing on the same casino, offline casinos sure have more responsibility in this regard than online casino.
I mean I've read a story of an offline casino that had luxury apartments with 24 hours electricity, free internet connection, free food, drinks and so on, for their customers, but the thing is that, this apartments arent just given to any customer, the casino reserve this apartment for only players who win huge amount of money from the casino, for example, a players who wins let's say $50,000 and above from that casino will be offered the apartment for free, and they often present it in a way the offer will be way too good for the customer to reject it, after the customer accepts and starts living there for the duration given to him, the casino will then ensure that that customer is gambling every day so that they can get back all that money the customer won from them.
Lolz 😂. Even casinos have strategy.

that's true, however offline casinos will do things that will benefit themselves in any way, including as you said, it is a casino strategy to take back the winnings that their customers have earned even though not directly by gambling, but by them stopping by. in the apartment provided by the casino means they have entered into the strategy carried out by offline casinos. because if their customers get the winnings, they might panic a little if that person decides to take the winnings home by not choosing the options provided by the casino. Cheesy

In my opinion, we really have to gamble smartly, what we have to do is when we win at an offline casino, we have to cash it in and go home, with that, I think it is a smart action, indeed by doing what you say, it is not wrong either because it is This is their individual right, but if you do what you say, it is very likely that the casino company will take back the winnings that have been obtained indirectly.

Gambling sites can easily know your date of birth unless it is not a KYC gambling site. If it is a KYC gambling site, your data of birth can easily be known from the documents like Driver's license, National identity card or international passport that you provided the gambling site.

I do not know of land based casinos because many people may not be verified and be gambling. It depends on the country though.

But generally speaking, casinos have other ways to attract customers and I have not seen this as one of their options.

This incident caused  me to begin to wonder is there are any online casinos that actually celebrate their user's birthday by giving them such bonus on their birthday?
I am interested to know if there be any casino like that?

I've never had one, but as far as I remember I've read about players getting gifts from casinos on their birthdays and because I don't often read about it, it's very possible that it's because not many casinos have policies like that or because the gifts given aren't big so customers don't feel as something interesting to talk about and so on.
Every bonus given by a casino usually has rules that must be met to be able to withdraw it and if there is a casino that does not implement these then it can be said to be a generous casino.
In your case, it is clear that she got a birthday gift not as a player but as a worker, so the case is different, that's why she can freely withdraw it, but as a player there will definitely be rules that must be met before you can withdraw.

As long as I have been gambler using online gambling sites, I have never come across casino that gives bonuses to customers who are celebrating their birthdays.
But if it casino birthday bonus then obviously various casinos definitely apply bonuses like this and of course almost all casinos have given bonuses on every day of their celebration.
After all, why do casinos give bonuses to customers who are having birthdays, this is not profitable and this does not have big impact on the casino.

I sure there isn't and if there was it would probably be very interesting, but it still impossible that there would be casino that gives this kind of bonus.

From the quote you told, it seems like your friend wife is not a customer but an employee who works at the casino. So it is normal for her to get a voucher bonus on the site because of her hard work while working there and thats what interesting about working on a gambling platform. Apart from getting a big salary, you will definitely get other bonuses if you are able to attract more customers to the gambling platform.

I think you are somewhat wrong or you are confusing two different things. Your friend's wife is an employee at a casino company and is not one of the users. Even if she was a user, meaning she had a user account in her name, the reward was received on the basis that she was an employee and not a user.

I find it normal for companies to give incentive grants to employees on or without an occasion, and your friend’s wife is lucky to work in one of them.
At the same time, it is very difficult (not to say impossible) for a casino to reward its users on the basis of each one of them celebrating his birthday. This will be a huge scheme with no significant benefits since it will include all accounts or even only active accounts. These budgets can be saved for more important offers with better returns.

Your neighbor's wife is not a gambling site or a local casinos user or customer, she is a worker there.

The local casino gave her gift card that is worth $150. This is common in organizations people are working. Companies can give their workers gift card during birthday or during Christmas and other celebrations.

Good checking on details it's a worker bonus, not a user bonus our brother @Fivestar4everMVP could have used a different title for his discussion, I have not received a birthday on all the sites I'm playing with maybe because I'm not a VIP or a high roller to deserve one, but on offline casinos, I know that the platform is very generous to their patron.
But if ever they gave you a birthday bonus it is not a huge amount and it is for them to remind you to play in their casino if you're not playing for a long time, there's no free lunch on gambling there's always an agenda.
You're lucky if you received one and you made good of it by winning a good amount of money with that birthday bonus.

I see, the whole story just makes sense. The eligibility to have that bonus is possible because she is locally employed at that casino. I think most physical casinos do have birthday perks. Not just in casinos but also in other industries as well.

As per talking about online casinos with that perks, some sites also give birthday bonus but as far as I know, not it will reach over $100 or even $20 lol. The birthday bonus amount also depends on the user's account level which is obviously, the higher the level, the better the rewards.

Almost the entire online local casinos here in our country do have birthday bonuses. Not sure to some crypto-casinos.

There are some online casinos offering birthday bonus feature to its customers, including some accepting Bitcoin, but they are all minor unknown casinos, so I'm not going to share them here, because I don't have any clue about their legitimacy. With so many online casinos nowadays we have to be careful to not fall for scams. I really don't know why the bigger platforms haven't offered this kind of bonus yet, because it doesn't seem a big investment from their side, although for gamblers it can make total difference when choosing where to deposit their money.

I would like to see the main crypto gambling houses, especially the ones being promoted on this forum, giving birthday giveaways to their customers. Maybe introducing something like a wheel where they could get from 5$ to 50$ or free spins on slots games could be an interesting idea. Of course there would be lots os cheaters trying to take advantage of the feature, but I guess KYC requirement in order to be able to claim the reward would solve the issue, or it could be a bonus destined to old veteran players from the platform exclusively.

After all, it's all a matter of supply and demand. If the casino is under heavy demand, hardly ever they are going to put more supply available for gamblers, that is, more bonuses and giveaways. On the other hand, if the casino needs to increase its userbase, then marketing department may start thinking on introducing such ideas.

I remember seeing stake.com having "Birthday Bonus" for gamblers on their gambling site who have done KYC, though I am not sure if the bonus is for everyone who has done KYC or if the gambler needs to be on a certain VIP rank. if stake.com has this kind of bonus, I am pretty there are other online casinos that have this kind of bonus too, I mean, it is a great way to let their gambler's know that they are appreciated.

Your topic title says users not casino worker's. However it's common for organisations to celebrate one of their own as a staff particular for one that is diligent with their duties in the workplace. So if a casino decides to celebrate a birthday of their staff in that special way to the extend of giving the staff an off day to go rest from work addition to a voucher worth $150 then that's great and recommendable.

I know about giving off days to workers maybe if they just had their wedding but not birthdays so this case is really interesting and such show of love from the casino to their workers could serve a catalyst of a moral booster and encouragement for workers to bring out the best in them in delivering their responsibilities at workplace which will in turn in increase productivity in the organization at all levels.

Its seems that your friend wife is lucky that she might able to work on that kind of casinos. Because she was able to withdraw that gift immediately on her bank account. Because in case on reality if any gambling websites and  casinos brings these kinds of offers there must be a rule to wager for withdrawing that gift fund

I received a lot of sportsbook offers on my birthday, which is equivalent to receiving free money. It's easy to convert sportsbook bonus bets into actual profits if you know hwat you are doing with matched betting.

These are fiat sportsbooks though, so the situation may be different for crypto based firms.

It's more unlikely that they offer these bonuses given the degree of multiaccounting that could go on. Same thing goes with first deposit bonuses, etc. Your account is simply worth more to a fiat casino/sportsbook than to a crypto one.

exactly!! You can't just be gifted 150 bucks on your birthday for just being a regular customer; AFAIK, nobody's known by their name, age or personality when wagering and getting a ticket...This has nothing to do with KYCs whatsoever... There isn't anything like being recognized and with that, given a special ticket - otherwise, gamblers that have experienced setbacks would immediately be issued a jackpot ticket as a sort of compensation whenever they try to gamble again.

Unless land-based casinos have improvised on their special packaged and offers, this isn't entirely TRUE.

Actually I haven't seen any casinos that offers these kinds of bonuses. But I think it can be possible also may some of casinos have the offers but obviously it will not for all. Because if something like this open for all, the scammers will go and open new accounts and fill them with spam accounts to get the offer. So may this offer are only for their exclusive members like the VIP members and their stuffs.
Moreover, I have not seen any such offer for general users till now, and if there is any such offer or bonus for general users then there must be some rules through which the opposite casino will benefit.

All the time I have spent at different casinos, even if I don't use them more often, I have not come to act as such. Although only a few casinos know my actual birthday month, I talk more about the year and date because I don't file KYC for them. I ignore most of the casinos that ask for my primary data.

Come to think of it, this person was able to benefit from the casino's cash reward not just because she was a user, but because she is a staff member of the company, and that was the only little way they could applaud her for her effort and celebrate with her.

But if this were their regular gambling, how much do you think the casino will be spending every single day in order to celebrate their customers, and how many customers do you think will have birthdays every single day and month?

This which you said can only be applicable to staff and bettors considering the total numbers of people could sign up in that casino how would dey plan to be gifting everyone a birthday offer be it bonus or whatever, i don't think this is possible to happen what I know is very common and possible from casino's is just signed up bonus and ref bonus what they think could help to foster the growth of their gambling / casino site, on the other hands VIP's could be entitled for that but I have never confirmed how authentic this could.

Moreso some companies in my area does that, probably your that consistent and hardworking staff,as you come daily for work they keep an oversight of what you do and all of that,so when you have any celebration of sort they will make sure to put a smile on that face of yours just to show they have acknowledge your effort.
You would also be that lucky if you do have that kind of boss or owner who would really be able to have that kind of recognition of the hard work that you have done specially into their company but of course as an employee then you shouldn't really be expecting something that they would really be mandatorily be giving out those gifts or whatsoever in talks about presents or bonuses. Just do your own work and be that passionate
and be hardworking on which recognition is really there once they would be able to appreciate on what you have done into their company. Most likely you would really be ending up on getting those tokens or
gift that they do appreciate your hardwork. For those online gamblers or users then i doubt that they would really be getting up on the same treatment on which we do know that everyone could really be
that totally random and anonymous. For staffs then it could be done but for players then it cant just that possible.

I think she was awarded $150 birthday voucher with an option to redeem it if she does not want to stake it because she's a management staff. It's not always the same with casino's users because I've received birthday vouchers on multiple occasions from bet9ja. It's always a N500 birthday voucher and I must wager it 3 times on a particular odd before I'll be able to cash out. I've not be able to make use of it because I don't make use of the platform and I usually see it when it has expired.

It is only the physical management of the casino can do that and not the owner of the casino but if they can the workers some gift then they can buy it is rare even in this forum. There were some casinos in this forum also gave their participants some bonus last year to celebrate their anniversary so giving their attendance a bonus to celebrate their birthday it is possible. Some casinos are kind to their workers.

And what she did as for me it is better because as the casino gave her the gift and if she used it to gamble then and loss it then she can't show someone what she used the money do but as she withdraw it , she can use it to buy something to remember what the casino has done for her. It is a nice thinking.

You can only wish some casinos give away whenever it's your birthday. We would have gotten some of those surprises but this I think is not done by casinos since our account doesn't have the information where we could fill out birthdates.

But we are also going to freak out when the profiles in the casino have birthdates. We all wanted some privacy so this information is not in any way found in every account. Stake does have a profile for each user in their casino, I think they can do bonuses to users who are having their birthdays.

I noticed that you said that your friend's wife works there, which means let's just say it's a bonus because she has worked well at the casino so she deserves it, but I'm not sure there are casinos that will give prizes to their users, let alone land-based casinos, because I haven't tried it yet and just play at online casinos, as far as I know playing at online casinos doesn't get anything from the casino even though it's our birthday whether it's bonuses or others.

Even on social media, I only get words of love, nothing more than that, there are no casinos that consider users' birthdays special unless the workers who work there deserve to be appreciated for their work, for example, those of us who work in the office must have our work friends or our boss celebrates our birthday with free food and drinks there, that's what your neighbor's wife gets, because she works there she deserves to get the voucher and cash it, but I think for users it won't be possible because online casinos don't want to waste money too much for all the users whose birthdays are on the same day, lol  Grin

I know 2 casinos that gives birthday bonus, first is Stake, I have received the birthday bonus 2-3 times IIRC.
Second casino is BK8, I have not experienced myself but the information of the bonus is open to read by anyone here: https://www.bk8btc.com/en-id/promotion and simply check the birthday bonus.
One thing that should be remembered is that there must be at least a requirement in order to get such bonus in any casino.
Maybe you can make a list in your opening post once you get more information from other members as it can be an informative thread for those who are looking for such bonus.

-snip-
You are faster Smiley anyway about the birthday bonus, I think the amount is same for all level because I received the same amount when I was Plat 2-3-4.

Yes, but you need to provided and verified your account first.

In BK8, they give some bonus for someone who are on the (Birtday) days. However, the only things we should do is to verified our account first and give them some (ID). They will verified the date and month based of your ID.

If not wrong, Stake is also doing the same things. The amount, could be depends on your VIP Level.

Before anything else, Happy birthday to her. Send it on behalf of me :-D

She works there so it does not surprise me that she got this voucher. The management is good and taking care of their workers. It seems the amount is something big in your country that's why I can feel there is the high excitement. Enjoy your time.

Other day not long ago, when we were celebrating one of family member's birthday, the restaurant complimented us with a small birthday cake and desserts. It was nice and memorable.

Answering your questions, I don't know if any casino does but if you have good relationship with management then they may compliment with free bets or credit balance. None of the casino verified my identity information so I don't think I can go for such offer even thought I have relation with many casino owners.

Dont you know that the casino you promote in your signature give such bonus? I have received it once long time ago when I had VIP host. The host asked me my birthdate and she gave me a bonus on my birthday. I receive no more birthday bonus since I lost my VIP host due to the update of their VIP system. Based on some stories from those who are still actively playing at Stake, the birthday bonus is still there and it is given to those who are at least level 2 verified users. I'm not sure about the amount but it seems to be fixed $25 for all users because some people said that they receive the same amount regardless their VIP level which was the same amount as what I received few years ago.
yep, it's true what you said I remember in 2023 at that time I got a gift card from Stake and I thought it was just a gift card when I bet for a whole week like a weekly bonus but I thought if it was a weekly bonus I should have gotten it via telegram but the bonus was sent via email and it was my birthday and Stake gave me $20.
I was confused, I didn't bet large amounts but was given a bonus via email, whereas VIP usually get bonuses from telegram.

maybe the OP has never received a birthday bonus from Stake so ask anyone here to get information regarding online casinos that give birthday bonuses but it seems to be rare because only a few online casinos give birthday gifts to customers except employees.
Well, you are completely right, I've been playing on stake since 2022 though not constantly, I have a level 2 verified account but have never gotten a birthday bonus from them, and neither have I ever read it anywhere that stake do offer Birthday bonuses to their customers, let alone knowing what the criterias to meet are, in order to qualify to receive the bonus.

Anyways, I think one of my main reason for asking this  is because, my birthday is fast approaching, 16th of February is my birthday, and I am eager to get a gift from any casino generous enough to give me a birthday gift disregarding when I joined the casino  Grin, call me greedy but we all are; in one way or another.

         -    I think in online gambling, they will not do that for sure, and no one will do that. Because the gamblers are anonymous and are not currently on the actual gambling platform of the casino they are playing with.

The same story that you are telling here in this topic is obviously that the woman was actually gambling, so she was handed the voucher that she could exchange for their fiat, and that's what happened. But I have never seen anything like that happen in crypto gambling online. Why is there?
Actually this would really be done personally or something online unless if you are really that a staff or worker on the said platform on which it would really be just that normal or possible thing
that could happen that they would really be giving some bonuses but we do know that it isnt something that will really be guaranteed even if its your birthday. It would really be just that entirely be depending into their own liking whether they should give out or not and its not compulsory. This is why these kind of situations cant really be known or would really be that evident.
For bonuses and other things like this then it would be applicable into those common bonuses but for birthday bonuses into users then it cant be just that possible.

I have been a customer at more than five casinos, including local casinos. None of these casinos even wish me a happy birthday via email notifications or SMS. So, how can they give their customers a gift when they cannot even drop birthday wishes?

Well, I don't think any casinos give a birthday gift to their customers, but if there is any that does that, I don't know about it.

For your friend's wife, she got gifted on her birthday by that casino, definitely because she was a staff member and not a customer.

         -    I think in online gambling, they will not do that for sure, and no one will do that. Because the gamblers are anonymous and are not currently on the actual gambling platform of the casino they are playing with.

The same story that you are telling here in this topic is obviously that the woman was actually gambling, so she was handed the voucher that she could exchange for their fiat, and that's what happened. But I have never seen anything like that happen in crypto gambling online. Why is there?

I was working on Evolution, it's not a casino but has a similar workspace and our management was very bad at organizing events, they weren't giving us day off during our birthday, nor any other gift. They only gave us a gift in winter and that was a cheap, customized 5$ headphones bought from Alibaba. Evolution is a very stingy company.
I have a friend who works as an IT engineer in an online crypto casino that I won't name and he is treated like a treasure, not only him but all of his colleagues are treated well. On his birthday, they gave him a $200 coupon for two person hotel with a pool. IT companies are the best place if you want to experience nice days and rewards. If you work a typical job like warehouse, delivery, bakery, cashier and etc, they will treat you like a robot.

Well, that just means she has a nice employer.

Online casino sites giving bonuses every birthday of a user? I don't think so. That will be a lot of money to spend. Besides, they are giving away monthly bonuses and weekly bonuses to the VIP ranks. So I guess, it's like every month will be our birthday. Mine was $20 per month, which means $240 per year, I think that's enough for giveaways so there's no need to give out birthday bonuses.
Also, another reason why they won't do that is because multi-accounting could happen which will cause chaos in their financials. It will bankrupt them easily if they will give such a reward.
Wagering amounts will also be considered, it will be difficult to filter out the birthdays of each user and then compute their wagered amount plus their deposit plus their ranks, so you can get a total of how much should be given to the user. That's a load of work if you ask me and it's still easier giving out the bonuses to every VIP user than doing this.
But if they do add this kind of feature, it will be a blast for all the gamblers whenever it's their birthday. On Stake.com, you will get a cake near your user ID. But it's not actually your birthday, more like your sign-up date.

I don't think that there will be online casinos that will give up $150 just because it's your birthday. Just think about it, there are thousands of gamblers in just one site alone and if there will be like everyday each of their gamblers will have a birthday and they will have to give away like even $50, then that is a bad business practice as they can be abused and it will add a lot more of paper work for them, i.e. verifying the birthdays as they will asked for KYC. And as others have said, the works in the local casinos so that's probably one of her perks for being a employer for them and maybe she has been with them for many years that why she had this privilege.

Casinos do give bonuses and vouchers, I have seen people talked about this before but I don't believe, I think its more reasonable if the person works in the company, and it also depends on the company's way of handling their staffs, you should not expect such from any company either casinos or not, because not all of them do this, some only owe you celebration messages and that's all.

Birthday bonuses from casinos sounds interesting but I've never for once wanted it, because how many of them are doing this? Meaning it's not very common and it's not even important, also it will depend on the users if this is possible, because someone who opened an account and never place bets a lot and expecting birthday bonuses makes no sense, it's just like those spammers who create multiple accounts on casinos to qualify for bonuses.

I have never been this happened in a casino, the only rumors I get are from workers who works in big companies in my country, they always surprise their workers and it's now a thing in the company, whenever their birthday is near it's like a kid waiting for Xmas, they are always excited.

Unfortunately, as a customer, I don't think it's a common procedure; it would be a nice gesture, though, as I've sometimes received discounts from companies for their services or products, but I personally don't recall ever receiving a casino bonus. However, I'm guessing it could also be abused, although they can impose limitations to be viable to receive the bonus (such as a confirmed or old account). So yeah, apart from Stake, another user mentioned that I've never heard of it nor had I ever expected casinos to be giving out bonuses like that; it doesn't sound viable for their business model.

I bet that's only for those casino workers or i say that's possible to any companies relation to their employees.

On the other hand, this kind of bonus say online casinos can be abused if not fully checked and verified such KYC verified first and usually this is exclusively for vip users and high roller users.

How often do you check your spam folder or check email that you have used for registration at the casino? Or check notifications that pop up in casinos? I guess not many of your or you pay little attention to it. As casinos already give a lot of bonuses and possibilities all the time. There are so many of them, that giving something on a BDay is to much Cheesy

Anyway, I have googled that question and it turns that Stake offer BDay bonus when requirements are met.

Stake.us birthday bonus rewards them with different prizes on their birthdays. As long as you have fulfilled the requirements of having your emails verified, have a history of a decent amount of funds activities, and have at least a level 2 KYC verified, you’ll be eligible for a birthday bonus from Stake.us.

There will be a birthday coupon waiting for you in your email inbox once those requirements have been met. Note that each player gets a personalized birthday bonus offer, meaning you won’t know how many SCs and GCs you’ll receive until you unveil the bonus.

The birthday bonus coupon is valid for 7 days only, so make sure you use it in due time.

Havent checked that info. As my BDay is 3 months (gifts are welcomed:D), and I havent passed KYC there. But in case someone have such kind of experience, please share.

For STAFFS- Yes or mayb
For players- No - or yes for some VIP or huge spender on which the site been caring about.

Most of the time casinos wont really be giving out some bday bonuses not unless if there would really be some various exemptions or would really be that depending into their
mood or whatsoever and this is why if you are a staff then dont expect something like those bonuses. It would really be just that depending into your boss.
Just be happy on whatever decisions that they would be making whether they would be giving out those kind of voucher or wont really be having nothing at all.
Things that are unexpected are really that mostly that interesting and could bring out that smile in our face.  Smiley

Man, you're talking about a relationship between company and employees, which is normal for the company to give reward to their employees for achievement or special day.

What I thought when I read the title is a gambler aka stranger and the casino, maybe there are few casinos give reward to a gambler, but it's either a loyal gambler or high roller. If you're just an Average Joe, I doubt they will give a special treatment for you since they serves to a lot people.

If you are looking for online casino giving a birthday bonus to a birthday celebrant clients then your campaign does that check this link https://www.esportsbets.com/bonus/stake-com-birthday-bonus/

Also this casino https://gamblecritic.net/bonuses/birthday-bonuses/ and this https://casinosanalyzer.com/deposit-bonuses/birthday-bonuses

I don't know if that casino is reputable but if you are curious to try maybe do it with extra precaution also I'm sure you know there's a lot of casino scam so we should not get tempted easily if the given bonus is to good to be true.

Anyways good to see this new topic rise since for sure there are also a lot of people curious to know about this information.

If he is an employee of a business place, in this case, a customer officer, it is normal for his workplace to surprise him on his birthday. I've seen this in many places of business but never in a casino. Some casinos may care about their employees and treat them well. It is a form of appreciation for its employees from the casino.

But if it is an online casino, we don't know because they don't tell us anything. Maybe if it were the casino's birthday, they would give their members many bonuses. And maybe it will be around for a few days afterward to interest more people.

But it also depends on the policies of each casino. Some casinos don't give anything to their employees and some give birthday wishes. And some casinos give bonuses or greetings to their members who celebrate birthdays. This all depends on each casino and will vary for each casino.

I think that only offline casinos might offer bonuses for their users. And the main reason for it is KYC. Who would in clear mind pass KYC on purpose, just to get an extra bonus once a year? Definitely casinos wont give birthday reward in money equivalent. They might give a free bet, or bonus on a deposit, but I am 1000% sure there will be wagering requirements. On the other hand, the amount of gamblers who visit or registered in a offline casino is greatly lower than online casinos. Plus there are those who have several accounts. Giving all of them money bonus would cost casino a lot.

Actually, most respectable companies give birthday gifts to their employees.

Also, if we're in the gambling section, even gambling sites usually give birthday bonuses to their customers - but not to all of them, usually only to the "valuable" players/VIP players = meaning those that are bringing a good profit for the betting site. Smiley
Any example which sites are this? whos giving birthday bonuses to their VIP's? though Indeed that its obvious that VIP's are directly connected to the management and yeah there might be agreement or special deals in this matter.

but OP is asking about sites that might be giving those benefits so lets share if we have idea which one.

But in my experience even in centralized Gambling sites that asks for KYC's yet there are no birthday giveaway that I receive for my years of playing.

It was actually some kind of Bonus or giveaways being a Employee and for me that is how their bosses treat them instead of CASH or FOOD or something they try to give them voucher to gamble though it might be convertible to cash or not but this is showing their generosity to the employee and since they are gambling business then they are giving away gambling bonus as well.

And this is far different from gambling sites in which most crypto gamblers even wanted to hide their personality and dont wanna send KYC so how can we expect them sending us birthday present , though we dont know if there are other sites that do this but never in my experience.

So, like I said before, she's a worker there and not a customer, but am wondering if there are some online casinos out there that actually give their customers same treatment, like atleast, a $50 bonus on the customers birthday, I would love to join a casino like that  Grin.
This has not happened to me before. I have received bonuses from gambling sites before that is worth up to $25 and I have received several bonus worth of $5 before. I am not talking about Livecasino that do give some of his campaign participants bonuses. But talking about gift card or let us say bonus during my birthday, no casino have given me that before.

It is good to know that gift card are given to workers and not customers. Or let me say the ones that I know. If a user of a gambling site are to be given something, likely it would be a bonus and there might be rules that will make it difficult to get money out of the bonus.

Your neighbours wife is not a casino user, she works in a local casino. Being a good employer they gave her a bonus which she cherished and used the amount for celebration. She did declined to use the voucher for gambling fearing that the money would be lost. Which again implies she knows the risk and understand the consequences, looks like she is not into gambling.

Coming back to your question, I have played in online casino and I haven't come across such bonus. What bonuses are given come with a catch and only new users get those bonuses. Existing users get rewards based on VIP plan which is quite normal for online casino. Next why would they provide bonus for birthday for their users? They are not here for charity, they are operating to make profit, even banks don't give anything for it's users birthday.

Yeah, exactly, I did say that she is a customer attendant in the casino, though I've never been to the casino though, since non of them even knows I'm a gambler myself, because i do my gambling privately and online only.

And I think we've lived in the same compound for 2 year and now, and during her birthday last year, she didn't bring such news.

In my opinion, casinos are the same as other companies where there are companies that have good management and give lots of bonuses to their employees in various ways, such as when they complete work on time, get new clients, or when they have birthdays. However, in general it cannot be the same because each casino has its own policies towards its employees

Like Google, which is famous for pampering its employees and maybe your neighbor is lucky to work there because the casino treats its employees well and respects every employee, I don't know whether this applies to all employees or maybe employees who have certain positions and have worked there for a long time.
