If you withdraw bitcoins to your bank account with an exchange that doesn't ask for an ID proof, it would cause your trouble later as such exchanges may not be legal to use. Here is a website that I found that doesn't require any ID proof but I cannot vouch for it.

The two exchanges i know, Poloniex and Bitfinex will require ID verification. I would say any legit, or wannabe legit needs do comply with KYC policies. So you would have to do it P2P or localbitcoins.

Selling your BTC and getting USD deposited into your bank account ? definitely not , that would require KYC verification . Your best bet at the moment is to to trade with individuals on the currency exchange section otherwise you could try Localbitcoins or Paxful.

I'm looking to sell some BTC for CAD deposited into my (Canadian) bank account. Are there exchanges that you can sell BTC on that don't need ID verification? Coinbase came to mind first, but they need ID. If you know of any exchanges, could you link them and let me know their limits without ID verification?

Not looking for an exchange with a very high premium either, as they should have very low risk for this.
