and there are more about agriculture, actually, I believe the blockchain Tech and the new way of crowdfunding projects will infiltrate all areas, from hobbies to gov.

But I don't know about an ICO for Infrastructure right now ...

indeed your idea is very brilliant to advance the development of a country, but my main question is who will buy the token later, besides the citizens of that country? maybe if the government supports and allows the token to become a payment instrument received in all fields, then I am optimistic that such a project will succeed.
