Are there no windows 10 bitcoin wallet which does not require downloading full blockchain data?

There is few wallets called lightweight wallets which do not require to download all blockchain, but only some a relatively small file (40 MB).The most famous and very easy to use wallet is Electrum.Just be sure to download this or any other wallet from legitimate source, since there is so many fake wallets out there.Also in process of instaling Electrum you will get 24 words ( seed ), this is your backup so be very careful when writing it down.
