Are you thinking of something like eTorro? it is a good why to learn trading in fiat currency and commodities. i'm not aware of anything like in crypto world.

I wonder if there are some groups where you can learn from professional traders, because this might help newbies in trading.
For advices , suggestions , analyzations, reading charts guide etc. , yes there are some traders group that help newbies but here in bitcointalk I don't see like that up to today. I suggest you to find some thru social medias.
Currently Im in a group of traders here in our local social FB group. The members are few but my mentors there really doing a large trade and they want to promote trading as the best method to earm btc's because many people here in our country always got hooked in Ponzi/HYIP scheme.
I wonder if there are some groups where you can learn from professional traders, because this might help newbies in trading.
There are lots of people and classes to help you become a better trade, but ask yourself this, if you could make money trading why would you teach.

you need to at least learn all the basic stuff like all of: candlestick formations, indicators, and basic trading strategies, resistance/support, macro factors, ect.
stuff like, What is "RSI", what is a "head and shoulders". What is "scalping"?

Most of what you read about trading systems in forums is rubbish and hazardous to your wealth. Developing a successful trading system is hard work. What makes you think somebody will give that knowledge to you for free? Hedge funds and algo trading groups are extremely secretive organizations. Best you can do to make money trading is read and use your own brain.
There are several other investment options than trading. Trading is not that magical solution to make money. It takes capital, time, and knowledge that most times is inexistent.

they all use a bot with a personal strategy, or they are a group that manipulate, so they are not even good at trading just good at manipulating, which mean being good at having an enormous amount of coins
there a bunch of video on youtube that explain well the art of trading, you can follow those and build your skill slowly, with small investment at the beginning
try to increase 0.01 to 0.1 or 1 btc, if you can do that you are good to go with trading
