I took a look at doctor877 and I was surprised that it was created in 2013! I can't prove this and this may be a little off-topic but there is a strong possibility that this account changed hands (sold/hacked). There is a long gap in his posts history (2016-2019) and his password was changed multiple times before he became active again.
I would be willing to bet that the account was sold, but it could have been hacked.  Either way, it would be extremely unusual for someone who registered in 2013 to be participating in some shitty bounty in 2022.  Older members who've stuck around that long would go for bitcoin-paying signature campaigns, but if the account was sold to someone who can't write for shit, the new owner might not be able to get into a sig campaign.

But who knows.  I don't think the use of the same telegram name (and all the other info in the original post) is solid evidence that the accounts are linked, because I've seen members make the mistake of copying someone else's bounty application and forget to change some of the fields in it.  Here, though, there's some blockchain evidence in addition to that, so I'm leaning toward them being under the control of the same person.

I don't remember the last time I saw a fairly ranked account registered in 2013 still participating in bounties.
They usually don't, for the reason I mentioned.  It's a huge red flag when I see an old account writing shitposts whilst advertising some shady project/exchange/whatever in their signature space.

I don't think there should be a Question mark since you already provided the proofs (Same Telegram username, Transaction between wallets).

I just want to be more careful in gathering evidence. moreover, the account is an account that took a long time to register. as @khaled0111 said, it's also possible this account changed hands or had a hacked.

but after looking at the password change log from @doctor877 which was last changed in 2019. while @jahepahit copied the 2020 post and transactions made in 2021. now I believe that both are the same account and cheated in the @CryptopreneurBrainboss campaign.

Even if it's an FM member, don't hesitate to take action if the evidence is very strong.

I do not doubt it because their rating is higher. once again, I just want to be more careful in revealing cheaters.
now I have no doubts.

Tagging them for cheating bounties.
thanks, I've tagged them too and will PM the bounty manager.

You are right.

I don't remember the last time I saw a fairly ranked account registered in 2013 still participating in bounties. Funny enough, he created another account in another forum with the same username in 2021 - https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?action=profile;area=account;u=78569

both violated the signature campaign rules of the @CryptopreneurBrainboss manager.
but I still have doubts about my evidence. what do senior members who are more familiar with cases like this
Send the campaign manger a PM with a link to this thread to be sure he is aware of this. Most likely, both accounts will be kicked out of that campaign and some members may tag them aswell.

so I want to ask other forum members, what do you think about this account.

It is very possible that both accounts are cheaters, have the same telegram username [before editing] but can be strengthened by transactions between the two accounts. Even if it's an FM member, don't hesitate to take action if the evidence is very strong.

If the evidence you get is strong enough to claimed that they cheaters and abuse the bounty campaign, then I don't think you should create this thread again. Do as you did before and report the cheater in the thread that is already available. Known Alts of any-one - A User Generated List Mk IV (2022 Q2) [MODERATED]

But don't forget that you should also consider tagging both accounts to facilitate future investigations by other cheater hunters.

What else can you provide to prove that the same person uses both accounts? @CryptopreneurBrainboss Should take a look here and on his Excel sheet. Any DT members could tag those accounts. That's my opinion only. Let them decide.

Previously I asked @Timelord2067's opinion about these two accounts. but maybe because he is very busy so he has not had time to reply to my messages.
so I want to ask other forum members, what do you think about this account.
