If that parent tx is not yours, or you simply want to wait until it gets confirmed, please let us know to try to re-broadcast it and try to get you more time.

Thanks for the help!
The transaction is from me, and yeah I would like to get it confirmed. But also I don't know whether when It get reverted back to my wallet would I get back the fees too. If the fees do come back I'd want to keep it that way since I'm gonna make another bigger transaction.

This is your parent transaction that's still unconfirmed:
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/2b7561a1e0323f0158c2c794156c890aac47febfe3b59c304a221d2489b60c07

This transaction involves a very small fee of only 7 sat/B, so it may pass a few days before it is confirmed (if ever). You can't spend funds that hasn't been confirmed on the blockchain yet. If the transactions are not confirmed, all funds will be returned to the original addresses.

For future savings on transaction fees, you should start using a wallet that uses native Segwit (Bech32) addresses (starting with bc1q). Or even better, see if you can pay with Lightning Network. High fees make Bitcoin currently useless for small transactions.
In the December 2017 bull run transaction fees were much higher, your inputs (around 0.001 BTC each) would be completely wasted on fees.

If you have to make transactions in Bitcoin, see if you can combine them by using "pay to many" instead of separate transactions. This reduces the number of inputs and thus the total fees.
Also, try to avoid creating small (change) outputs: those 0.0000xxxx BTC amounts are worthless considering transaction fees.

In the last 12h there was at least one block including transactions at 30 sat/vbyte.
But the parent transaction is paying only 7 sat/vbyte, hence you'll need the fees get much lower than 30 sat/vbyte to have them both confirmed.

Now... the parent transaction is old (9 Feb) and because of the age and the rather low fee certain nodes will soon start to drop it ("forget it").
This can be a good news or a bad news. If that (parent) transaction will get forgotten, the money will return to sender wallet. If that's yours, it can be good (although I don't know how good is blockchain.com handling those cases) because both transactions' will get back to you giving you a better chance to send those coins. If that parent tx is not yours, or you simply want to wait until it gets confirmed, please let us know to try to re-broadcast it and try to get you more time.

It's been a day and it hasn't changed.
Mempool can change anytime. Just take a look at https://mempool.space/ if you want something with a more friendly UI. IMO if you're not in a hurry just wait until Sunday/early Monday. History shows us that at those times fees are significantly lower.

the transaction inputs are unconfirmed, is that a thing of concern?

Yes, it is. It means that you want to spend money you didn't receive. Even more, if the transaction that sends you that money has even lower fee than yours, both will be confirmed only if the fee drops (much) more.
And it can even happen that the money you want to spend will never reach you (since it's not confirmed, this can happen in multiple ways).

If you want more exact details, I'm afraid you will have to post your transaction's tx ID, which means that we will know your address. This may or may not be a problem, depending on the person.

Here's my transaction details:  Cry

Tell if you could help.

I don't even know that I could spend money I didn't have, I just regularly send the btc from blockchain.com's "balance"..

Your transaction will be confirmed in the next 12 hours, I guess so. Mempool might be cleared to fee rates from 12 to 14 sats/vbyte.

Quickseller clearly stated he doesn't want to be contacted regarding stuck transactions anymore as he won't be able to help. Read here:
PSA - don't reach out to me about 'stuck' transactions
Do what other members suggested and import your seed/pks into a better wallet which supports spending unconfirmed outputs then send the change you received (if any) to one of your addresses.

I used blockchain.com for it, any ways I could do that?
Yes, as Lucius had said perfectly, if you have a backed up 12 words seed phrase that constitutes the latest BIP39 protocol, you could possibly import it in electrum wallet where you can speed up the transaction by increasing the fee (if you are in a haste), as others have said, it's already weekend and transactions with lower sat/byte are confirming gradually. It's your choice to import to electrum or you wait for your transaction to get confirmed soon.

Some days ago i made a BTC transaction with a low fee (30sat/bytes)
You should not worry to much about that transaction
  • Transaction fees are cheaper in the weekend and Sundays give you cheapest days generally
  • We are entering the next 12 hours of cheapest fees on the network, from 23 UTC to 11 UTC (see the screenshot)
  • Mempool is decreasing as expected with weekend effects (see the third chart)
  • Bitcoin won't change much till the last week of this month that can help fees to be cheaper

Your transaction will be confirmed in the next 12 hours, I guess so. Mempool might be cleared to fee rates from 12 to 14 sats/vbyte.

I'm pretty sure that wallet doesn't support such an option - but if you have a backup (seed words), then there is an option to make a copy of the blockchian wallet using Electrum. I don’t want to advise you to go in that direction for safety reasons unless you have no other choice. To make sure you have a truly original Electrum you should first verify its installation file - the procedure is explained to this thread.

Everything then again depends on some other factors, and since you didn’t post your transaction (which of course is understandable for privacy) the question is whether you could perform CPFP even in Electrum. This is a classic example of why it's not good to use crypto wallets that don't have features that are very important these days - as you can see from your case.

Weird, ViaBTC says that the transaction inputs are unconfirmed, is that a thing of concern?

You are right, this is a problem for your transaction - it cannot be confirmed if it includes coins coming from a previously unconfirmed transaction. There is an option to speed up such a transaction in a way called CPFP (Child Pays For Parent) - this is an example of how to do this with an Electrum wallet.

Need your advice, or to help me with other ways to unstuck my transaction would be nice.

1. At exact hour you can try yourself with ViaBTC free accelerator (one of the very few that works)
Use atomic clock (eg. https://time.is) and keep in mind that you have very few seconds time gap to succeed.

2. Wait. There was reached 34 sat/vByte ~1h ago, it should easily go under 30 sat/vbyte in the next 48h (with some luck)

The mempool is getting less congested as it usually do during weekends, 30 sat/byte will likely get confirmed this weekend. As of recent, the mempool is around 50 sat/vbyte. Just do not contact anyone, wait, likely it will be confirmed soon. But, your transaction should have been confirmed if it has been long, I have seen less than 30 sat/byte transactions getting confirmed recently.

Hello guys, I'm new to this community :d  and I need some of yous's advices.

Some days ago i made a BTC transaction with a low fee (30sat/bytes) and have been looking for ways to unstuck it. Internet leads me to this community, specifically to this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/all-about-stuck-transactions-and-what-you-can-do-to-fix-them-1802212 where a mod recommend people to ask Quickseller and macbook-air for help.
The thing is, thread is very old, and I don't know if it's still appropriate to message them directly. I don't want to be a spammer and disturb them at all  Cry

Need your advice, or to help me with other ways to unstuck my transaction would be nice.
