I can't comment on this specific website, but the websites that offer similar services are to avoid. The method used here is basically spamming. They'll use an email list, grab Telegram users from other groups, etc. with no permission at all. It might bring you investors and users, but also affect your image badly and as mentioned, bumping your thread using bots, etc. will get you negative trust on the forums and kill your project credibility very fast. My suggestion would be to go with the old way, find a very competent campaign manager (check the services section) and run a bounty and airdrop campaign, that will bring real users and traffic.

I havent heard about them . There are so many trusted agencies out there. You can contact any of them . To create buzz in social medias, bounty campaign is more than enough.

We always appreciate the people who want to get the suggestion or getting knowledge from the forum seniors. All people are here to help and share the thoughts each other.
I personally I never came across their promotion thread or site before you say it here. So please be careful since the money is being involved in this service.

Trying to search up either their portfolio or their clients to have some verification but all been blurred out.  Huh

Just so if you're curious, the first one is LockTrip, and the last one is Refereum. Both quite famous airdrops. I know them because referral links of both of those were being spammed on some of the Telegram groups I was in back in the day.  Undecided

Look like just a spammy service to me. Telegram usernames scraped from already existing projects, and add to a new channel. Most people added don't care or don't notice.
BTT buzz... oh well, we know how it goes. You may not see 'good project' comment but something useless or rehashing content. There are many like this one the www.

Hi, guys!

Does anybody of you know about www.telegrampromo.com?
It's not PR, it's not my project.
I'm going to pay for their service so I'd like to know any responces about them.

Thanks!
Did you make a decision yet? I guess it's better to contact one of those services that have used them for marketing and see how the outcome was. I don't trust such services since they mostly are a waste of money, to be honest. The telegram groups are filled with bounty hunters who don't intend to invest a single penny in your ICO. Blockonomi is listed out there, get in touch with one of the lads from their team and get feedback on the service. People commenting here would have not used the service and can't give you accurate feedback.

It's not about, are they good? But are they trusted? Do they have good service?

If you ask me, I do not think the answer would be yes.
The service was created a year ago and yet it does not seem popular.

In short, stay away from them and if you want more details you can read them here ----> https://www.scamadviser.com/is-telegrampromo.com-a-fake-site.html

Yes, their Buzz service is interesting thing.
And I can't understand if it's working really good in practice.

You can't really tell if their service is good until you try it, and that is the risk that you are going to take. And as pointed out to you, they are offering services that are frown around this community or you we call it unethical practice. And there are a lot of projects being accused of this one. So when your project is being accused, it doesn't look good at all. So I will advise advise you not to go on this route at it may harm you in the end.

Ask for their portfolio and shared it here especially with their involvements in the projects that have official ANN here in Bitcointalk. Let's all together check it.

But you know, you can seek marketing ideas by consulting some of your known individuals. You can seek your locals, friends, colleagues, etc.

In that way, you won't risk your money in a service that doesn't have much available positive feedbacks and reviews.

Never heard them before.

However, looking at this service, I think you should not hire them[1]. They're offering ANN bumping, which can definitely affect your project. Even if you don't use it, I doubt they can genuinely create interest for your project by spamming. Hire a sig campaign manager here instead, if you just want to promote your service here.
