Have someone that will accept bitcoins send them for you from namibia to europe and maybe give him a little extra for the service. my 2 cents

Is there a way to move small goods internationally with bitcoin or...well my issue is a bit more complex I need to send goods to Europe from Namibia but I know the delivery vendors here will not accept Bitcoin unless the delivery fee was paid in an acceptable currency like USD.
The problem is I don't want to trade Bitcoins for USD when selling the product, I want to keep them as Bitcoins. Any suggestions?
