They are leaders with so much of power and wealth but the arrogance of power and wealth takes better control over them and they consider ordinary citizens as a mere tool which they need once in five years for election and some don't even have it like putin.

It's the mindset which has to be changed because we see how a normal social media influencer changes his behaviour once he or she gets fame and money and these are freaking big dogs so they are hot headed and atleast this generation should vote people to power who are sensible. I mean we know trump don't respect anyone and he is racist as well but still people would give him one more chance this time because they don't have better option.

Nothing is impossible as long change is constant so also the things of the politics is rotational.  I know a lot of Old folks has been into the political positions in the government but not all of them are d!ck heads. Sometimes when a past government has corrupted the governing system and the societies, it takes a long mile for an incumbent to fix the messes up so let's not eventually say non of the folks has ever been on the low working earnestly towards the masses.
On a contrary Op, it is the masses that makes mockery of the said above and not him the old folk whom mimicks himself to be mocked.
Hence age is just a number that is to say in leadership, politics is required more of wisdom that knowledges. And so, I don't think if the said 40-50 folks are the right grades to have an easy flowing with the masses when in governance. If you ask me, I'd even say that the expected age you think that would bring in the people together and keep himself on a low key would even be ht ones to abuse the throne and have the system more corrupted because the yours are still more energetic to suit in at a system of still enjoying oppressions and on intimidating others below their ranks. But though I is a good one if we could have such of persons who would just keep itself on the low and fell a zero super class amongst the masses.

Biden is pretty darn normal, if you ask me. Boring, even.

And I suspect that when you get a little older, you aren't going to think that being older than 60 makes it impossible to function.

Update: the medium age in the USA is almost 40 years old--and that's being averaged with children. I suspect the average voter in the USA is something like 50. Republicans are really pushing the ageism thing hard on Biden (because, what else would they attack him on?), but lots of people in the USA are "old" and don't think they are ready for the rest home.

Over the years there has been an increase in the number of young and well-composed rulers. Some of them are doing a good job of bringing good governance to the people. But I don't think we might stop seeing these old powerful people winning elections and start governing the country. Some of them are connected and understand the local politics of the country. For me, the age of the leader is not a problem but he shouldn't have any form of sickness that will affect his responsibility. Donald Trump seems healthier than Joe Biden, however, both leaders are supported and assisted by experienced and intelligent advisers and aides who help them to carry out their functions. Trump seems to be a racist and doesn't have much control over his behavior mostly his utterances.

Sure, good leaders will take over power some days to end all those corrupt leaders in various countries who don't listen to their followers and, they only believe in their own opinion whether right or wrong it must be obey in the country.

Since we have young educated youths in various countries who can represent both local and international, I believe they can change so many things that will eliminate corruption from their various countries if they allow them to rule.

People get the leaders they deserve. If you want that to change then most of you or the majority need to desire the kind of leader they want and it will be given.
But I will advice you to focus more on the leader's message and less on the attitude. The "nicest" ones could be saying the most vile and evil things in soft tone while the harshest ones could be saying the right things in harsh tone. If you can't handle the tone of the voice or attitude then read it in text form.

All people want to have a good leader to whom they can talk normally and present everything but changing this is very complicated. If the people elect qualified leaders by corruption to be associated with the leader's politics then they are changed later. Qualified leaders who are simple are always behind always demanding never allowing them to become famous.

Sure better voters, but having better voters is not enough, one needs to have a way to coordinate the all those voters into a big coalition which would be able to get a better leader elected. Take the United States, for example, they have a duo-poly between the Democrat party and the Republican Party, at this point of time people are deciding between the lesser of two evils: between Donald Trump or Joe Biden. Let us imagine the scenario of a third party which had an actually better, younger and wiser candidate. How would the voting population could even know if the mass media of the country are owned by those major parties? CNN won't talk about how wonderful that third party candidate is compared to Joe Biden, because that would only hurt chances of Biden getting elected, and Fox won't talk about it for the same reasons, it would make harder Trump getting elected.

So more than better voters and more educated people in countries like the United States, there is a huge need for alternative third party or unaffiliated media, to break with the bias.

It is absolutely confusing how a lot of world leaders are notably known for being unreasonable or hot-headed. It makes you think how did they even end up in that position even if there are far better qualified competitors. Well, politics seems to be all about popularity. Even if you have a candidate who checks all the list you would want a leader to have, if he or she is not well-known then he or she will never win.

It is absolutely frustrating and devastating that this type of leaders are the one deciding for millions and millions of people. If we want better leaders we need to have better voters especially in democratic countries.

I hope so. We could definitely use leaders who speak like normal people, without all the drama. Hopefully down the road we'll see more down-to-earth leaders who focus on real issues. Change can happen haha

In the case of those countries you specifically mention, a change in the leadership would need a change on the people themselves and how they think about their own political system. It has been said that the people have the leaders they deserve, because of democracy.
It has much to do with the educational system of those countries and also the way politics is portrayed in the mass media, like a television, newspapers... As long as there is no a change on the people and decide they want something different, then the leaders and their quality will continue to devolve and we won't see a fresh change in the horizont.
Also, in the case of authoritarian regimes like Putin's, it would not only take a change of mentality or how the people see the government, since he does not believe in democracy, more drastic means are supposed to be used to change the administration and come back to democracy, that is unlike to happen, though. Putin may stay as the lewder of Russia for the rest of his life.

I mean trump , Biden , Putin ....it's like i start to ask dont the goverments dont do the mental tests the stable mind and so.
Can we see one day soon normal leaders? Like some 40-50 old and well spoken well presented talking with respect no boss attitude and big ego for no reason.
Im sure people want to see some normal person who maybe got some hobbies and do some sports and well spoken respectful and average person like we all are.

Do you know any countries where people seen it ? The normal well spoken person not some weirdo.
I mean those leaders we see it's like mockery of people and society.

Specially Donald trump he say things like it's rude and sometimes dissrespectful towards others.
I mean like it's just insane we have people our leaders who remaind me more mentally unstable people rather then people who to follow.
And i haven't heard much of smart talking from neither trump or Biden it's all some idelogical nonsense.
The other countries same like the UK now it's Sunak there at least he look like humble person.
