you dont need to be billionaire. you would get just to much troubles. millionaire is fine. i am sure are lots here on this forum. 10 milions is just perfect. I dont see unless you are gambler you can ever spend that. But with some normal life, you cant spend 1 million either.

one million dollars buys you a nice house and sends your kids to college but trust me you can easily spend it.
