I am wonder if someone use VPN to change their IP to UK and then pretend as a UK to accpect this job. 
A lot of UK vpns are blacklisted and alot of UK sites don't like vpns at all. But its a good idea.
Im from the UK and have previous for this sort of thing, in fact i have just completed a trade from UK Amazon, to my house then on to Spain for someone on here.
