unfortunately I'm not very sociable and this penalizes me at work
Actually I'm an ambivert.
I enjoy spending time with my friends or huge group, and there are times that I enjoy being alone.

I'd rather be alone, or just with close friends. if I attend a party, I always want to go home immediately. So obviously I'm an introvert.
I dont really like public gatherings or speaking in public. I'm definitely an introvert
Introverts people may be seen as shy persons, they always isolate themselves from people around them.While extroverts are considered "the life of a party.Introverts people prefer to spend time alone with one or two close friends while the extroverts persons on the other hands becomes bored when they are alone, instead they function well when they are in group.for example many people thinks that an extroverts persons are more highly valued than introverts because shyness are really discouraged.But despites there attitudes "Psychologists believes that both personalities have there own benefits.
