Any market we cannot expect the chart to show the growth only in the forward direction. With bitcoin for growth all that required is trust, without it however hard you make predictions nothing is going to happen. Also some don't understand and when it falls little value fears and this discourage people who enter the bitcoin network.
It is really very hard to predict the future trend. As you can observe there are many peoples who are always expecting for better profits all the time. I would say nothing can be free and easy in order to get the enough profits in bitcoin. Its almost easy and very fastest growing investments sector never seen. So i will never say dips will make me sad and spikes will make me happy. Fluctuation is a usual thing. I simply follow my general strategy like Buy when its low and sell when its reach to my decent target value.
I guess you are very old in crypto market, that’s why quite familiar with the fluctuating nature of bitcoin and other digital currencies. Yes, It is true that one should not fear the dumps in the prices of bitcoin rather treat it as the golden opportunities of collecting bitcoin at cheap rates.

Bitcoin is the one which pumps harder than dumps and this is what I really admire about this amazing digital currency. In short, unstable nature of bitcoin is a blessing.

We see bitcoin in its peak and in its downhill and we see how it recovers after that. Many gets easily panic when it having some at least  minor corrections nor dips without even knowing they can utilize that opportunity to buy more and have profit and it same goes in alts. But observing the traders recently, they already know what to do and they're like an eagle eye that awaits bitcoin to have dips and grab without hesitation.

Every body is discouraged, pretty normal isnt it? But being easily or not that is the different

Mostly beginners do such thing, because they dont know how to control their emotion yet. As we know, we shouldnt involved our emotion at all during trading, only some anlysis and logical thinking is needed

This thread is good for newbies out there that are panicking when the price is pulling down to the pit hole. Don't get discouraged when dips are on it's way and happening. I, myself is happy when there are dips it's making the bitcoin economy balance and it's a good time to give me chance of buying more, like this Christmas season I've got my bonus on my paycheck and good thing I bought some at $9,600.
Agreed, but, depending on the panic level of that person, read this thread could be irrelevant Grin
Besides to be a buy opportunity,  also can be more easily earned

I don't know if there are such panicking levels for them as long as they are panicking then they are doing it wrong. I've been there and I guess all of us, we've been through on panicking scenario. To those newbies just take note that dips are healthy and don't take it very hard and heavy that it's like the end of your bitcoin/crypto career, there is an advantage and opportunity when you take it positive.

People who have been with Bitcoin for years already understood how the coin may behave in certain circumstances and so they are never shocked nor surprised to find Bitcoin going down in value which we called as dips or as some negative people would call it: crashes! Had the same thing happening in stocks or forex, indeed it could be so alarming if the retreat can be as low as 20% or 30% but this is just normal in Bitcoin. Afterwards, there would be a sudden recovery and things would be normal again. Volatility is  two-edged sword in Bitcoin and while some may find it a big turn-off many are welcoming it as an opportunity to make some money in trading.

Newbies in cryptocurrency should never discouraged seeing Bitcoin going down abruptly as it would surely be back into the action within days. Why is this so? It is because there are people who are just waiting for a dip for them to get into the Bitcoin bandwagon. A dip is indeed an opportunity to buy cheap. When more are buying then the coin will be pushing upwards again.

Now, if you are easily discourage when there is a dip...take a deep breathe, just relax, smile and then wait. Bitcoin is here to stay and we might as well enjoy its journey.

LOL, I love the image with the baby crying but on topic, no I'm not discouraged by the dips and I think the same goes for people that got some experience with bitcoin, most of us see it as an opportunity to get more bitcoin at cheaper prices, if I can get in a dip that is great but if I cannot I do not care and I buy at whatever price bitcoin is trading at the moment, it is not the best strategy but I do not have the patience to wait for the perfect opportunity to enter in the market.

I easily get discouraged with dips those times that i dont understand bitcoins platform, but now i just take it as a normal decrease of btc prices. This would be the opportunity for every individual who want to invest btc. When it crashes more investors would have interest  to buy in a lower cost and sell high if the perfect time comes.

No.I would actually see it as an opportunity to buy more bitcoins at a lower price since i have already seen many times bitcoin price falling and recovering soon.It would be only newbies who would get panic and sell their bitcoins in such dips.We have already seen lots of dips and immediate recovery after such dips bitcoin reaching ATH.So,just stay cool and buy more BTC silently during such dips.

Well, im not even a second. Dips in bitcoin is normal, it is part of Bitcoin world to goes down at some time. Many are saying it is due to corrections made, and i think it is the reasons but eventually after those things it will continously goes up again but not as fast like before.

As we build more experience we will more understand about bitcoin, it is completely normal to have a correction, correction usually happened when the price go up too fast and people will used this opportunity to get profit by selling that is why the price go down, we need to know the  reasons why the price go down, when we understand it, we can make the right decision

Never not even for a second because I realize that these corrections are necessary and healthy for the growth of bitcoin. The last thing you need is massive parabolic growth every other week because as you might or might not know that is not sustainable. We all want bitcoin to go up and be worth a lot more than it is now but only in due time and if it is ready for the growth. Because otherwise it will have a massive crash and you don't want to test the waters like that.

No, not anymore I'm getting used to it. Gradually I learned and experienced the different scenario that made the possible reasons why there is a dip in bitcoin market price. Based on what I experienced this year the possible reasons that made the bitcoin dips are the Aug 1 hardfork, the China ICO and crypto exchange ban and the Bitcoin Cash pump and dump.

Of course not, in fact, I'm glad or shall I say mostly were glad when dips happen. This is just normal and we're used to it, we've been waiting for this dip after Bitcoin surge up quickly last days. This serves as the best time to buy again while it is in a low price because one thing is for sure, it will and always soar high again after a little break at some certain price range.

It can be discouraging for those who are just beginning i n bitcoin industry. Bitcoin price dip is a good opportunity to investors to buy btc in a low price.  After a dip btc will surely be back in its track and the price will go up again. That's the thing that we have to get used to in this industry.

Not at all. I love dips. Its nothing but a buying opportunity to me. Actually I am not waiting for a dip as we have seen it yesterday, I am waiting for a huge correction, maybe to 7,000 or even lower. Lets wait if we will face this in the coming weeks.

Before I would say yes, I am one of those who got panic whenever I see a sudden price drop in bitcoin and almost sell whatever coins I have for I was afraid I'll be losing so much if I keep on holding them in a long run. But when I realize what bitcoin cycle is all about a sudden pump or dump does not worry me anymore and I take every drop as an opportunity to invest and wait till the value of bitcoin finally recover again, I no longer get panic and only trust in bitcoin.

All of us in the Bitcoin community had started as newbies too and am sure many of us here experienced the same emotional roller coaster watching Bitcoin go up and go down. The most important thing is that we are learning our lessons to control what we feel when dealing with cryptocurrency. Bitcoin has just actually started to go mainstream and the journey has just began. The future belong to Bitcoin and Bitcoin is the future we can experience today!

well, sometime when i check the BTC price, especially in the last couple of days i'm like "wtf is happening! panic! panic! panic!" but i think it's understandable then i get my crap back and blame myself for not being able to invest more while the price is still "low".
I have not much invested at the moment but you know, every money you put in this crypto world are hard earned money that you can't use for your everyday use and losing them it's a bad situation.

No, i'm not easily get discourage with dips of bitcoin price because I know it is just temporary and it will be back again and even get higher than the price before its drop. It is best time to buy more bitcoin during the dips of bitcoin price.
