Chill guys Smiley
anonym.to is a redirect link that prevents the site your visit from logging where you came from.
IMO it should be mandatory on bitcointalk Smiley

So it's a site that tracks all the sites you browse to? Cool. Does the NSA run that? Wink

I actually have no idea what I'm talking about, just having some fun.

It hides referers. Not important on bitcointalk imo because the forum isn't some top secret place that needs to be hidden. NSA is already tracking you through prism.

The advantages of anonymizing your external links with anonym.to
Webmasters can use this tool to prevent their site from appearing in the server logs of referred pages as referrer. The operators of the referred pages cannot see where their visitors come from any more.
Using the referrer removal service is quite easy:
http://anonym.to/?http://www.gulli.com/ produces an anonymous link to gulli.com which prevents the original site from appearing as a referrer in the logfiles of the referred page.

Sorry for all the fuss Smiley

Thanks for the confirmation J603! I've never seen " http://anonym.to/?" extension ever in my life.
If anyone knows what it is or whether it's regarding to spam or virus, please let me know below!
And thank you for the 1 Like who ever it was! Cheesy

The date in the post will be underlined by what appears to be a line consisting of many small dots. When you mouse over the date, it will provide the edit information.

No edits then. Direct facebook link was the original link.
