A little bit, i'm a bit worried it might be a scam
What could be a scam?
Bitcoin?...hell no, there is only a possibility of you incurring losses upon investments, but as long as you alone has access to your private keys then there is no possibility of you being scammed..
Scammers are everywhere on the network I must add, so you'll do well to protect yourself..
Also you'll have to learn trading techniques so you'll make more profits than loss

Well, I think constant tracking of prices, markets is not only sign of addiction to crypto. Crypto addiction isn't only about checking prices all day long.
I can't say that I'm addicted to crypto, because I'm not a big trader. I don't keep Coinmarketcap always open and I don't try to monitor every change in charts. I don't panic when Bitcoin price fall below $4000 for example. Luckily I'm not addicted to crypto so seriously as you described in OP, it's just my hobby. But I can understand thst people can be addicted to crypto too seriously and it's a big issue.

Yeah I have been into this situation but I do not called it addiction for it has a different meaning in my own opinion. I consider it as a workaholic. As we all know that addiction is something different from workaholic. Workaholic means an individual who is always trying hard putting his/her effort on something he/she wants to achieve.

This is the very weak way of declaring source. I expect  you to put the actual link.

Anyway, I guess we all are addicted that's why we keep watching the price and the drama.

Uhmm where is actually the "help" part of your post? I only see how you can identify whether or not someone is addicted to cryptocurrencies.

Statements such as this, is the reason we're advise to always read the whole post before commenting. If you had read the whole post (which is not that long )you'll notice this
That's why I posted this topic to help you identity if you're getting addicted so you can take precautions as members of this forum (mostly past victims) like myself can give you suggestions to help you overcome this addictions.
and also ended with this statement
If you have gone through the questions above and gave 3 yes answers feel free to state them below, we (mostly past victims or higher rank members with experience) can give you suggestions which may save you a lot instead of visiting your local psychiatry who might have no experience regarding cryptocurrency.
As a past victim of cryptocurrency related addiction, I wrote this post to help members identity if they're addicted and when they do they can indicate so I and others give them some suggestion on how to overcome their addictions.

Uhmm where is actually the "help" part of your post? I only see how you can identify whether or not someone is addicted to cryptocurrencies. But what I really want to say is people who are addicted to cryptocurrencies actually don't really do themselves good, even if most of them are always in the monitor checking prices they actually don't know what to do with their trades they just look like they know what they are doing but at the end they will end up with losses. Instead of being addicted with cryptocurrencies why not try to learn how to trade them instead in order for you to know how to actually trade with cryptos.

Getting addicted to cryptocurrency trading could be a real problem, I have an acquaintance who is struggling with trading addiction and can not stop and shutdown the computer until of course he has a huge loss, the repeated lessons is teaching home albeit slowly.

We should always approach with moderation, in both money we invest and time as well.

I think I have some symptoms of crypto addiction at the end of last year, but now with the price of crypto falling, crypto is now only a small part of my life.
This fits me and a lot of my friends, too. About a year ago there was only one topic when we met: cryptos. We even had whatsapp groups dedicated to cryptos and price talks with hundreds of messages per week. Nowadays, no one talks about cryptos anymore, the whatsapp chat is silent and none of my friends invest any more money.

It's not so bad to think about cryptocurrency really, even if you do that a bit too much, it's probably not a problem..
Were it could get a bit messy,is when you start investing money you do not have, taking loans, borrowing, selling off properties to invest in cryptocurrency, thats when in my opinion it becomes a problem to the individual..

Everyone has what he/she is addicted to, I'm addicted to football(i love Manchester City),others music, some movies, some video games etc
It's a normal phenomenon as long as you do not take your addiction to the next level
And that also applies to the cryptocurrency world i must say..

When walking, sleeping, doing everything, always thinking about everything about crypto, then this should be crypto addiction, the only way to cure this "illness" is the price drop of crypto.  Cheesy

I believe that many people have similar experiences, this is normal. It is not because people are addicted to crypto, but because of the money behind it.

The word addiction isn't a new word to you reading this, so is the word cryptocurrency. But when the two words are used together "Cryptocurrency addiction" it might sound new but still doesn't change the meaning of addiction (Addiction is a disease in which a person finds themselves unable to stop using a substance or engaging in a behavior.) On a general note addictions are mostly harmful and this is finding its way into the Crypto-community.
As beginners (newbies) the worst thing that can happen to you is getting addicted to cryptocurrency (especially trading). That's why I posted this topic to help you identity if you're getting addicted so you can take precautions as members of this forum ( mostly past victims) like myself can give you suggestions to help you overcome this addictions. Here are ten questions to determine whether or not you might be addicted to cryptocurrency trading (the most common type of crypto addiction)

If you answered ‘yes’ to just one of those questions, the clinicians say that this could be enough of a sign that you may need help.
Giving three ‘yes’ answers is considered a clear sign of cryptocurrency addiction and you should seek medical help before your addiction gets out of control.
Answering in the affirmative five times or more is classed as a sign that your crypto addiction has reached “pathological” levels, and you should seek help immediately.

If you have gone through the questions above and gave 3 yes answers feel free to state them below, we (mostly past victims or higher rank members with experience) can give you suggestions which may save you a lot instead of visiting your local psychiatry who might have no experience regarding cryptocurrency.

Note: Not all suggestions posted here should be consider perfect because the inexperience will also like to contribute.
Also if you have other addiction not stated above like (bitcointalk addiction, mining, merit addictions Grin etc) feel free to also state them.
