I think you should pay attention to the excellent article what does cbd stands for that I recently found. I recommend that you try to read and decide whether you should accept this product. CBD oil plays an important role in alleviating the symptoms of many health problems, including anxiety, depression, acne and heart disease.

I would suggest doing a lot of things with people close to you. It will not release you from all the stress, but in that moment u won't think about the stress. And it doesn't even have to cost money. Just relax and talk maybe play a game.

I try to stop smoking. That is so hard. I guess that I'm not a nicotine addicted, I just need to make a deep breaths and to hold something in my mouth. I have no idea how to change it. Also I try to eat gluten-free products. One year ago I started going to the gym 2 times a week and that really improves my health. I had a srtong fantom pain in my small of the back and now I am free of that awful pain

Have you read Stephen King, Quitters, Inc.? Must read, it is a very interesting short story. Wink

Thanx for the advice

Over the years I became more and more interested in nutrition, health in general as well as the environment (starting with the environmental impact of the food industry and our eating habits on the ecosystem (and us!)).

Now, I pay a lot of attention to what I eat for 2 reasons : I don't want to put crap in my own body and I strongly believe that a shift into our eating habits (i.e: eating locally grown food, seasonal fruits and veggies, buying meat (if you want to consume it) from your local (organic if possible) farmer, etc.) could have a huge positive impact on the environment.

As for the rest, well I started working out regularly a couple of years ago just to "look better" to be honest and even keep goal planner. I wouldn't say that my body looks fantastic now BUT it made me so much more confident, strong, determined and positive. I waved goodbye to my low self-esteem and instead learned to love and respect my body, challenge myself physically and mentally, care less about others opinion and listen more to myself.

I feel like I can do anything I set my mind to. I guess that feeling only is what motivates me the most

Its quite difficult to actually define what healty living is. Owing to the recent economic standing of some countries, mostly Africa and their social status, to manage resources like food, medications and other necessities is the ploy. Also demanding is my work schedule which leaves little time for exercise and other fun activities than would making living worthwhile. These variables however has made me more disciplined as i somehow have learnt to be content at the moment, i worry less, i exercise for few minutes an eat/ take medication   like vitamins, quitting smoking and avoiding unnecessary sqwabbles. These only became achievable after setting goals and breaking down schedules.

I don't lead a healthy life. Because all i do is sleep and i don't even eat that much.
I don't even go out unless it's necessary. I don't workout either. I watch movies, series all night long and sleep at morning thus i miss breakfast.
All though I'm trying to get rid of this unhealthy life. 😞

Previously I drank quite much, and not worked out, but sat in the front of PC late night. Then started to workout a few times week, jog almost daily, eat healthy and started to practice Shaolin Kung Fu, it really transformed my life more healthy. Of course there was woman behind this. If your own health is not enough to motivate for the change, find someone who cares about you, that makes magic Smiley

I live a healthy life by diligently taking herbal medicines. although at first I was a person who gets sick easily. because I'm the type of person who is easily depressed and thinks a lot. or a hard thinker. so that blood pressure often becomes high.
the effect of work also requires me to sit in front of the monitor which is a burden on my mind. but I still maintain a healthy lifestyle by maintaining a healthy diet and a little light exercise.
because I value life and want to make the best of it.

In this Modern Era maintaining our self health is a big deal owing to food habits which we use now.Main reason for this because of added adulterants, packed foods that may contain some chemicals to keep the food fresh. Moreover pollution is another cause to live healthy life. Nowadays both men and women working in field is very rare instead they become well educated works place where more comfortable and thus physical exercise is getting worse leading various health issues.
To improve this old age food habits are most healthiest among the fast foods which we follow now..
Regular workouts also reduce fats and that won't be A hindrance to lead a healthy life.

I do maintain a pretty healthy lifestyle overall. I workout regularly , alternating between cardio and weight training and I eat pretty clean too. I try to eat a whole food diet consisting of very little processed foods.
This means I end up cooking a lot which does take time. I also avoid products with sugar if I can and if I see too many chemicals I don't recognize like preservatives or nitrates I try not to buy them.
I don’t eat meat every meal but when I do I usually go for lean meats and if I have the extra money I try to buy organic but it’s not a requirement.

Of course we can't live a full life yet because we need different kinds of things in our daily life. We can't live a clean life yet but we must maintain this cleanliness. To improve our life we must always be clean and good.  We have to eat, we have to wear good clothes, we have to move to good places, then we can live a healthy life.

Perception = reality, mental state is everything, I've been through many ups and downs financially, had times where I was earning a lot of money but my life style was too high, never satisfied, lost jobs, had to build up again and the key thing I've learnt is keep expectations low and live within your means, do you really NEED half the things you strive for? when we get caught up in this style of life we ignore the simple important things, find value in the small things and forget social crap like having a better car or TV than your friends.

Eat healthy, cut out sugar and processed crap, remember we live in a world where convenience and companies earning profit is more important than health, just because its there and others eat/drink it, doesn't make it good.

Don't get too caught up on being crazy about diet too, simplify it rather than stressing over it.

smokes, booze, drugs, pretty obvious these are bad, if you need these it's due to poor mental health, fix that first.

I notice that people with simple lives with a bit of money aside are far happier than those earning more and blowing it all, we all strive for stability in life, without it our mental state goes to shit and the rest follows.

Also don't be a sheep, be confidence in yourself and your choices.

Healthy living is a choice of every individual.Choice to live longer or shorter in this world.

I choose not to do or dwell in vices for they are harmful to me.Dringking liquior .smoking cigarrettes, gambling ,over partying, and other harmful vices.I lived to protect my physical health not to indulge with this vices.

Do regular exercise, drink a lot of water, eat more vegetables and avoid too much meat on the table.Take food supplements or vitamins, a lot of sleep and focus on positive things in life. Give honor to our maker.

Now, I learn how to control it. I don't drink softdrinks anymore. I stayed away from sweets. I eat less rice and more on veggies. Also did ketogenic + intermittent fasting but I can't.  Grin

I have started venturing into a more healthier path more than a year ago. I started with pushing myself to wake up early and walk and jog for at least an hour eventually increasing the time spent outdoors by as much as two hours or another thirty minutes spent on walking. I suggest doing this outdoors somewhere with a bit of a ten to twenty minute distance so that you would not feel lazy right away and just get home. Then upon getting home I would push myself to do a bit of a body workout. The Nike training app helped me a lot on this as it offers easy ten to as much as thirty minute full body workouts that are not very difficult but still effective. The workout and cardio then really helped me condition my mind and body for the rest of the day. Due to the effort spent in the exercise, I was more mindful of what I ate throughout the day and even opted for more healthier options. So I must say starting with even little exercise is a start on trying to be healthy not just on a physical aspect but also mentally. I also found my emotional being improved after going for long walks or short runs after only a week.

My life's been dominated by stress for the last year at least. In my attempt to break the cycle I'm starting to do the following:

1. drink less alcohol
2. get more sleep
3. drink less caffeine
4. get more exercise

Simple to say but harder in reality when you have 2 jobs and study in spare time... It does seem to get easier in time though & my skin has certainly improved after just 2 weeks...

Good luck.

I know I have been in a lot of physical, mental and emotional stress lately which I think messed my health really bad. Blood pressure goes up, I get tired easily, I even have bad blood test results. Sad. I hope I can cope up with the stress. What about you? Are you living a healthy life?

There is always a problem in life, no one is exempted in this. Problems come and go in individual ways of everyone. The destiny to face problems and so on is part of our being. When you become weak then the blood pressure increase, diet will go away in your sight, give importance in healthy living will gone, and you eat too much as your stress reliever. Without notice that your problem multiply even your health is affected. Then time will come by facing the realities and consequences base to what you have done will come. This is what life is in this world. Take note be responsible to your own.

I know I have been in a lot of physical, mental and emotional stress lately which I think messed my health really bad. Blood pressure goes up, I get tired easily, I even have bad blood test results. Sad. I hope I can cope up with the stress. What about you? Are you living a healthy life?

I am starting to live my life healthy with correcting first my thoughts. I only entertain positive thoughts and with that I can now easily adjust my goals to eat healthy foods and give time for exercises that fit me and pursue hobbies and things I'm passionate with.

Ecology and life in constant stress affect our health. You can try to eat right, do the sport but if you do without desire, is it really useful?
