Of course 200 ATM's is nice, but won't be much useful if people don't want to use Bitcoin. Expand the user base should be priority, I think.
The first thing we have to do this though, to expand the userbase, is to get people educated on Bitcoin and to get them using it. It isn't easy to do this in a developing nation, but it's something which can be achived through some work and money spent by us here.
And while I do like to see Bitcoin expanding, I do think they're going to get a bad reputation as the fees on these machines are insane and they're going to deter people that are interested in Bitcoin to even get involved, as they think they're going to be getting scammed by the price.
So, it may look like good news but it isn't.
