How much will they gain by not paying to just one or two members like you?
They gathered lots of btc with their ICO but didn't run away and still working on ARK.
I agree with most ICO are scams, but 99.99999999999% is ridiculous, should be 80% are scams, 15% are so-so projects, 5% are awesome and profitable ones, like Ethereum, XEM, Stratis.
