Yes, you either need Bitcoin Core to sync the blockchain (you can put the data on an external drive) or you'll need to export the private keys and import them into another program that doesn't require Core. Search this subforum. There are many people who have had the exact same issue.

Yes i figured that's the problem, is the bitcon core the app i need to dowload? because i've tried and is too much storage for my pc, is there any other way? thanks and sorry for being clueless.

Have you synced the blockchain and confirmed that Armory is actually connected to Bitcoin Core?

Hello all, so basically i brought some bitcon on coinmama ( first time buying bitcoins ) about half an hour ago and the transiction was confirmed on both the site and the blockchain but haven't seen them on my wallet yet (armony 0.96.5), just wondering if it will take some time or there's actually some issues, thanks for the patience.
