Which builds? the gcc 5.4 or 4.7?

This bug seems to be hardware dependent which possible is explanation why it works in virtualbox but on a my regular desktop
I tried to compile myself but then but stop working. Your build and mine. With message in terminal
(ERROR) ArmoryQt.py:5951 - Socket already in use. Sent CLI args to existing proc.

Are you running your own builds or mine?
On two distincts pieces of hardware with Ubuntu 16.04 I noticed the same issue when trying to start Armory.
Armory crashes with error message
ArmoryQT.py crashed with SIGILL in CryptoPP::Rijndael::Base::UncheckedSetKey()
Is this a know issue?
I rather use Linux than MS Windows, is there a recommend Linux distro for running Armory? Or should I use a different version of Ubuntu?
Strange thing is that if I run Armory in VirtualBox it works. I tried both 16.04.1 and 16.04.2.
