1. Paper backup should be restored in offline armory,
2. once it is recovered then export the watch only wallet
3. and import in online armory!
4. you can see your btc again!

I purchased a bunch of bitcoins back in 2013.  I put them in an Armory wallet.  I haven't even thought about bitcoin since then.

Today I downloaded bitcoin core, and installed armory.  Bitcoin core is still syncing, but Armory is working fine.

When I go into restore wallet from paper backup, I enter the 2 line Root Key, and 2 line Chain Code.  My paper backup says version 1.35 which is the same version I am selecting to perform the restore.  I have copied and pasted and entered manually over a dozen times.  When I press the "restore wallet" button it won't even let me get past the screen where you enter the keys.  The first line highlights in red and says "Invalid Data - There is an error in the data you entered that could not be fixed automatically.  Please double check that you have entered the text exactly as it appears on the wallet backup page.  The error occured on line #1"

I have been working with 4 friends that are regular bitcoin traders and no one can figure this out.  It acts like the first line is not even in the correct format, but I am entering in the exact format from the PDF I saved years ago.

Please see the screenshot below which shows a portion of the backup paper, and also shows the screen and error.
