Yes. If you want qr codes, you can use something like QtQr. You can also use minimodem to communicate via audio.

Yes, just transform the transaction data into a qr using qrencode.

I am switching over to Armoury because I want to try out the USDT tethers on cold storage. Been using Electrum mostly and don't have much experience with Armory at the moment.

From what I understand,

Unlike Electrum which is a light wallet, armory needs the full blockchain.

Unlike Electrum which gives a 12 worded seed, armory gives random 4 letters instead.
