Start Armory, go to File -> Export Log File. Create a support ticket (https://support.bitcoinarmory.com) and attach it there with an explanation of what is going on.

didn't really solve the issue I tried sending it manually threw the menu on armory but it wont send when i click the send button

I had this same issue earlier. It was because the Armory database hadn't caught up yet.

I am trying make a purchase with my bitcoins and after i click the pay with bitcoin link on the site it open a second window on armory to the
bitcoin wallet management / enter recipients window on armory. i go to click send it it does nothing, even if you try it repeatedly. What do i do?
