I had a similar issue. Though I am still trying to get everything working, there's a few things that seemed to do something:

- Open Bitcoin Core and uncheck the run bt core in background in the settings - This worked for me to get online, but not to the latest block for some reason.
- Start Bitcoin Core, let it sync, close it. Then open Armory, in settings fill in both locations of bitcoin install dir and home dir. Restart and try again. - I did this an hour ago, it's now on Organizing blockchain.

Hope this gets you online!

Hi There,

I installed Armory a couple of days ago, and it went online the first couple of times, even while the blockchain was still downloading in Bitcoin Core. However in recent days Armory stays offline, even when the blockchain was fully downloaded. I have read a couple of posts on this matter but I can't figure out what to do. My computer is low on storage capacity now, but it wasn't before. I have no technical skill whatsoever, so If somebody is able to help me that would be great.
The full error message: Connection to Bitcoin Core client lost.

Regards
