I was going to try to bag a translation bounty by using an online translator to convert it into another language. I thought Klingon might be worth a go. Turns out it doesn't really make it any more or less comprehensible, so forget the bounty, you can have it for free.

I think he means "stop posting so many threads about the same basic topic across meta and reputation" while trying to compete with Shakespeare, but I have to admit this to be more difficult to translate than the usual chinglish.. I'm not sure the syntax is spot on either..

Not going to lie, it hurt my brain a little to read your post. I do agree completely though, if my common understanding of English hasn't failed me.
I felt for a while that the "Signal to Noise" ratio was trending in a positive direction, but it seems there is now more reputation smearing and back and forth petty arguments/grudges cluttering boards. Maybe it was always like this and the noise used to drown it out. I guess with this though the best thing to so is report away and see what moderators think about it.
