The worst thing you can think of is killing another person. It would seem that it's 2024, what's there to share? Make money at work, live happily, enjoy life. But, no. People are always missing something.

i take no sides in any war/crime. but rationally..lets talk without the emotional buzzwords
(when people stop acting as equal/united humans and instead decide to 'build a wall' and perform segregation, no side wins)

Put it simply, humanity remains higher than what ever is proposed out there as in the end, we are all humans. Cut the many bullshits that surrounds segregation. These naturally exists just for we to be able to know where a person is from and what conditions they are affected by.

Why should humans be this harmful towards ourselves. We are indeed doing all these to ourselves and not exempting dead bodies in all these, it’s just absurd. Let victims in its people, family and friends have some closure. It promotes peace. We need peace in our world.

Like Franky1, I take no sides in the conflicts of regions and advocate for peace.

Every time I think I've heard the most absurd thing about the ongoing genocide in Palestine, I am surprised again.

August 27 was "National Day for Recovering Bodies"! Why should such a day even exist in 21st century? A day that is a reminder of all the dead bodies that are "arrested" and are kept as hostages by the Zionist occupiers! They've been doing this for years apparently and god knows what the hell they do with those bodies and to those bodies.

Honestly if we should go by the way of general opinion, then there are things which should be avoided if voted for, many will kick against it, a good example is in what has been said here from this thread, it take some peoples efforts and time to consider on others and go against the abnormalities in what they are doing, i also don't see the reason why such day should be remembered and celebrated, when its nothing than recoveries made on cadaver, our leaders sometimes have to realize that there is need to give the people lore attention that the other unnecessary activities.

Well - in the US - if the dead can vote, why shouldn't they be arrested for it. Grin

@OP     Love your topic title.

The most disturbing part of this report to me is the harvesting of the vital organs of these innocent people. These organs are removed to feed the massive illegal human organ market and to conduct research without permission from relatives of the deceased. It is possible that some of these victims would have survived if they had been given proper medical attention but because of the intention to harvest organs, they might put them under the harshest and most painful surgical process to harvest organs. Dead bodies deserve respect and honour.

Quote
The prohibition of mutilating dead bodies in international armed conflicts is covered by the war crime of “committing outrages upon personal dignity” under the Statute of the International Criminal Court, which according to the Elements of Crimes also applies to dead persons (see commentary to Rule 90).

"stolen" "arrested" "hostage"
sorry but you are flavouring your wording without actually reading and understanding

those bodies were buried on the land of the opposition, rather than given back to the families to be buried on the land of the victims families
atleast the bodies can one day be recovered, where by identity and even forensics can then evaluate cause of death and any other assaults on the victims before death(EG rape)(to then do claims of war crimes charges) .. unlike the bin laden thing where the seal team shot him and then took the body to where no one will get it.. so even today no one knows if bin laden actually died

your flavouring of calling things "arrested dead bodies" makes no sense and makes it sound like they have the bodies held above ground in some prison cell, allowing them to be continually assaulted(necrophilia) and desecrated.. yet reality is they were buried(not arrested)

if you think anything i have said is taking sides then read my posts atleast 3 times and see if i mentioned any side by name or shown favour of anyside.. i said general statements of all wars where any side that opposes another side can and do the same and how international law acts and reacts to incidents of deaths in war

now, as my previous post started, take your mind out of the flavoured buzzwords and use the rational part of the brain about war crimes in general. put the situation into a complete different context of 2 made up countries call them "zippity" and "dodah" and test your theory of if one of those were to bury bodies of victims on their land rather than do a ceasefire event to pass the bodies across the border...

You already have taken a side and you are on the side of those who commit genocide.

As far as I know you live in a country with unitary parliamentary democracy, which means you've chosen those in office that are making decisions instead of you and they are currently supplying Israel with weapons, intelligence, political support, troops, money, etc. to commit genocide; all with your tax money.

So unless you are one of those 600+ lawyers and retired judges or the people protesting in the streets or have stopped paying taxes, one thing you cannot say after today is not having taken a side.

preserving the bodies of the deceased is alot better then(for instance) throwing bin ladens body into the ocean never to be seen again and no proof he actually died that can be independently verified
The way you jumped from "arrested" and stolen dead bodies of men, women and children to Bin Ladan is beyond me!

however international diplomacy and such in regards to wars, dont really have a law where opposing sides can just walk into the enemies ground to collect bodies on day of death..
Apart from the fact that this is not a war, this is genocide; you have to know that the Zionist occupiers have been doing this for a very long time (not just since October 7). There are countless cases of them stealing bodies, harvesting their organs and selling them on black markets (and do a lot worse!).

Additionally you are assuming that those bodies are from people who have fallen behind "enemy lines" but you are wrong. A lot of them were indeed stolen.
Here is Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor:

Euro-Med Monitor has documented the Israeli army’s confiscation of dozens of dead bodies from Al-Shifa Medical Complex and the Indonesian Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, and others from the vicinity of the so-called “safe corridor” (Salah al-Din Road) designated for displaced people heading to the central and southern parts of the Strip.
The Zionists basically went into Gaza, murdered wounded civilians in the hospitals alongside the refugees hiding in the hospital (since for normal human beings hospitals are not attacked even during an invasion, look at Ukraine for instance). Then they stole the bodies of those whom they murdered in cold blood.

..unless there was a mutual ceasefire agreed period(or for instance a National Day for Recovering Bodies), which the bodies 'could' then be passed across
but there never will be a time where as soon as someone dies, the side that caused the death will just let the body be taken home same day.. thats not how the real world works

there will never be a situation of
"hey opposing side we just shot one of your guys on our side of the border, come collect him, we wont shoot you, and then once you have taken him across the line we will start shooting again" (per death on same day)

They say the number of dead bodies that the Israeli terrorists are currently holding hostage is 552 which includes bodies of 55 children. Many of these human beings were raped and tortured to death in the Zionist dungeons by Israeli soldiers who are raping hostages according to Israel laws and Zionist ideology. It is worth mentioning that Israeli terrorists currently hold around ten thousand hostages.

And to think whenever I say Zionism is a dangerous cult some people think I am exaggerating...

P.S. Lest we forget the US regime and its NATO proxies are still supporting this terrorist organization!
