Exactly what I am thinking. I don't think it's fully resolved. I am waiting for the complete information in detail.

They asked the bounty participants to participate in pre-sale and also provide liquidity for the ARTD token. Few of the bounty participants purchased their tokens in pre-sale. Later they stopped responding and claimed to closed the bounty and project. But on protest of the participants, they returns all the money which we have invested in their pre-sale. I got refunded along with everyone who participated.

According to your comment, you have received a refund of your invested money. Since this project is no longer moving forward and they will no longer run Bounty, it seems to have been resolved. But the question is, the bounty hunters who participated in the bounty and promoted the project got nothing for their work. So it will remain pending until the Bounty Hunters receive the payment.

There was some ambiguity in the last week of the bounty as the manager told that only those will be paid who will participate in the pre-sale. So we were not paid for that week of the bounty and that still remains pending but in general people are happy to get their invested amount back.
Also note that this bounty was paid weekly and only the last week we were not paid.

The last week were not paid, therefore it is a scam.  You can't just say that they aren't because they are paying the other months. If they are legit and really legit, all weeks must be paid without judgement, and they should stick with their rules that they made.

What you've said let me think of those other scams where they do business as regular and let the first customers bring more customers as they are satisfied. But in the end, as people start to believe, they got scammed at the last minute.

If they had to scam they could have run away with the pre-sale invested amount and but instead they returned it.  Before the start of the last week, they announced that they will only pay to those who will participate in the pre-sale which no one listened. So technically they did not scam anyone.

Yes it is, it is a mask or cover-up to lessen the suspicion and make them back in the business. It is a simple trick scammers use every now and then. Making others gain a profit while milking others. It is not that hard to do.

This has been resolved and everyone payments have been returned.
You can find the message from the manager here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5303668

If everyone's funds are refunded then op should change the title. Did they only refund those who had sent eth for bounty payments? Or has everyone's funds been refunded? It would have been easier for everyone if someone had come and confirmed what was really going on.

I've read that and yet I'm confused on how does it settled when there's still plenty of complaints???

Maybe yours have been resolve while others haven't.

This is a post with a lack of information. And also please check the bounty rules. If there is a rule which says Project owners can change the bounty allocation according to their preference, you can do nothing against them.

No one will gonna believe you because you did not provide complete details and you have a newbie account (probably alt) enrolled in campaign and not getting the stakes.
By the way, i did not see the ANN thread for this Artem project. Can you give me the line of their ANN ?

I am not getting exactly what is your problems at all. Can you please make an accusation with correct format? I have checked the spreadsheet, seems you have got the stake. Do you have problems with your alt account? If so then please make it more clear. Noticed a few users kicked due to cheating on the campaign and manager already mentioned in the spreadsheet. If you have an issue, please first talk with the manager before creating an accusation. Don't forget to write a clear explanation.

Hello guys, I'm using this opportunity to report this project called Artem, I worked for them and along the line, they started changing the rules and refused to pay a lot of bounty hunters, Even those that after they change the rules that deserved to be paid were not paid.

After complaining about this the bounty manager kick me out of the telegram group

Here is the spreadsheet of the campaign: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1R6zqlyPsZ-KvVeFWMYLATrYdIW-6OMyQDBU8eWJE4ZA/edit#gid=1257461886

Fellow hunters kindly and please let's give this project a big negative trust, they don't deserve to be run in this amazing community
