$2000 Satoris is ridiculous, although I knew at some point it would be possible.

I just checked on the results of this auction. The three single post fork Satoris all went for more than $2000 each. Whoh

Awesome to see. The color/holo set really pop and until fairly recently you could get a whole uncirculated roll for auction on here regularly.

Rolls still come up here frequently. This prefork roll just sold for .091 on May 28th ($2640 at the time of sale).

Interesting to see a move into lower denominations.

They probably see it as more revenue on volume and also higher margins.

Here are the results of the June Stacks Bowers Auction:

Check out the Satoris?! Whoh

Here's another auction featuring physical Bitcoins (link below):

I think the interesting development with this auction is that the previous two have been exclusive to PCGS graded Casascius and Lealana coins. This auction does have plenty of PCGS Cas and Lealanas, but also includes Satoris and a BTCC chip. They also have a few item graded by ANACS and IGC. The trend (small sample size obviously) shows an expanding appetite to test the sales water for physical bitcoins.
