Endor Protocol is not what you are asking for but worth a check nonetheless. It's a protocol upon Ethereum for predictive analytics. You ask a predictive question, send EDR tokens equivalent to the cost of the computing power to answer that question, and receive your response. Pretty awesome stuff IMO.
That is a great concept, do they already have working product? I know the same but their concept is to provide analytics on labeling data sets and validation. The project called Dbrain. Now they still developing their beta app but already working. Simple people like us can initiate task for data labeling and will be rewarded cryptocurrency. The result will be pass on data scientist to train on neural networks and build AI dapps. Yes, Endor is already working. There are two branches of the platform- Enterprise and Protocol. Enterprise is for negotiations with private business and began in 2017. Current clientele includes Walmart, Coca Cola, and MasterCard. Protocol is the decentralized ecosystem where anyone can send questions in and get answers out. That is in closed Beta with 25k~ participants. Both branches answer questions in the exact same manner, tho.
