Arweave is a novel blockchain tech which is employing Proof of Access consensus mechanism. Proof of access can produce a positive externality of data storage. Now data is permanent, low-cost and censorship free.

I have been working on global warming for more than 7 years. Now the carbon trading is very important to solve the carbon issues. Carbon trading market is huge, especially in European countries and China. The total market cap is more than trillions dollars.
I am planning to build a dapp on Arweave to record every single trading of carbon from every exchange. The record cannot be changed, the data is permanent, and censorship free. Every transaction is transparent so that the companies who have carbons can not sell twice for their credits.
I think the dapp on Arweave can help to regulate carbon trading market.
