Follow crypto news websites such as CoinTelegraph, The Merkle. Also follow blockchain related sites on Medium. People on Twitter you could follow are Carter Thomas, Crypto Yoda, Jebus911, and also CryptoCobain. Also, this forum is a great source of information.
Bitcointalk, of course, is the best web site for bitcoins. If you study hard, you can get a lot of knowledge!
I find the Telegram app to be very usefull. Find a subject/platform/coin you are interrested in and see if they have a Telegram group going on. Join in and get in touch with the community there.

In my opinion, the best website for bitcoin is Bitcointalk of course. And there are other useful websites such as CoinDesk, Cointelegraph, Bitcoin Magazine, TheMerkle, CryptoCoinsNews.
