I don't have the time to level up here but am willing to provide whatever info is necessary to the lender. I'm sorry if asking this is against the rules.
If you have a valid collateral then your rank doesn't matter, your collateral will do it for you and show your trustworthiness and intention to repay the loan.

Read this for list of accepted collateral(depending on lender)

But without collateral I doubt you will get any loan.

Information will not do.  There is nothing we can do with information.

We want something that will cost you as much as the loan gets you.

Sorry, there is no free money to be made here.

Read the sticky topics first. Understand that no collateral means no loan. Usually being trusted here can allow you to get a loan without providing collateral but that is rare due to hacked accounts, accounts being sold, etc. Overall, provide collateral that is valid and worth 120% more than what you are asking and that is easy to sell in the event of you defaulting. I would also avoid asking for a loan if you dont have a real/valid collateral because 9/10 your account will get a neg trust from a DT and that will likely affect your ability to be trusted at all.

It would be better if you read the stickies first in the lending section. They are there for a reason.

We don't have to evaluate your trustworthiness if you provide a good collateral.
