Need PR/CMC & CG? TG @The_Cryptovator
I don't think red rag is wrong. Just explain me, why they should use multiple accounts for bounty? Because you can join thousands bounty campaign at the same time. By opening this kind of thread you will just increasing their feedback's rating.

However, I second that what yahoo62278 said. There is no reason to tag just for multiple accounts since it's not against forum and many reputed members also have multiple accounts. But if they cought during abuse then they deserve tag. If there is no strong proof of abuse then we shouldn't tag just for multiple account.

On the other hand I don't see any point to create new account for bounty campaign if they really don't want to abuse bounty.

You tagged with this

Abusing bounties with multiple accounts.
How did he abuse bounty, please? Did he participate on single bounty from couple of accounts?
The later is not a requierement of the former. Don't be a ban-evading fraud and you won't be abusing anything. Smiley Have any other accounts that I should review like this?

I have tagged them for ban evasion. Now you are happy? Do you still think they don't deserve a negative tag?

What theymos said has nothing to do with what you're quoting. It is very likely that you are abusing things via alts as well.  Smiley
I also think that.
I doubt you have tried to understand what this thread serves for. Grow up mate. Don't act like a child.
Besides, you are not even allowed (theoretically) to tag someone for ban evasion. You can maximum report to moderator.
That's not true, if they are evading a ban then they have 0 rights on this forum. They deserve the tag. Perma ban means GTFO forever, not make a new account and go about your business.

The only thing that it can serve for is evil. No good can come out of this. If you are honest with your bounty activities, one account is more than sufficient.

Not allowed by who? A few forum users that prefer centralized authority over semi-decentralized consensus? Good for them. Don't confuse should/shouldn't with can/can't.

I don't think a red tag suits here, as the users which were tagged were participating in different bounty campaigns and not spamming a single one with alts. Basically, having alts is allowed as per the forum rules.

I think it is more like an moderation issue as one of the connected alt is already banned and others also should be banned under ban evasion. Red tagging does not look like a wiser option here, reporting to mod is.

There were a lot of debate on putting a feedback based on someone's posting style and theymos forbade it couple of times IIRC.
Last message from theymos
Some people were talking about neg-trusting spammers for spamming. This is not appropriate; report the posts, and if that doesn't seem to be working well, come to Meta with specific examples and suggestions.
There's no point of red tagging someone for spam posts.

From this thread,
asche tagged some users with this message-
Quote
Spamming bounties with 4 accounts

Brief of that thread-
These accounts belong to same person. He is participating in seperate bounties, no bounty cheating found. asche tagged them for spamming bounties.

Can it be an appropriate reason for red tagging someone? I have posted on that thread but asche didn't reply. Hence, I have created this thread.
Multiple accounts are allowed on the forum and as long as the person who owns the accounts is not joining the same bounties/campaigns he/she should be fine. No reason to red tag the user without proof of cheating.
