I suppose this differs every time because the terms may be directly connected with the country of destination you choose. So it's better to check from some reliable, official source before doing this.
It is hard to assume that shipping it is not illegal in some countries but the better solution here is to do a research or ask someone from that country you want to go to if it is legal to bring some S9 miners in your luggage. But so far, i've never heard such issues in the airport that someone are bringing some S9 miners. I'm sure airport do have some x-ray scan that can see-through to your luggage but i guess they will just accept it as a hardware and let you through.

As I remember The electronic devices and electrical items you’re allowed to take on a flight depend on the country.I can't tell you completely exact answer but as people have  noticed here that its like a laptop, I don't agree with this, its my personal opinion because its not laptop, its emission tool and i don't see any reason why it may be considered as a hand luggage, but it may olso depends on where are you going to fly and by which company, anyway I advice you to contact fly company  and get right information about this, because different companies have different restrictions.

As of the moment I don’t hear anything unusual about bringing mining machine from one country to the other as long it is legally documented, receipts on some sort and if it is taxable it is better to be honest with it than making stories that surely be caught in time. I don’t even think that this is not happening because for sure someone traveling on daily basis have done this.

i think it depends on the officer you get talking to,
I would look like a scary and suspicious bit of kit as you either pull it out of the bag or they look at it on their IR screen,
having said that though it would be the same thing with a laptop or tablet I suppose

I think it won`t be any problems. Asic miners are not illegal and not very large, but i think you will need to explain officer what is it. People often takes different things on a board, for example: notebook - it`s hardware too, but noone in airport forbid you to take it in your hand baggage.

Is it possible to "smuggle" S9 through airport in your hand baggage on airport? You can report them what you are bringing on airplane, and just go on with it? I googled this topic, and i found some comments that some people have brought bigger miners as hand luggage and didn't have any problems? Would there be some kind problem with customs or no? Does anyone have any experience in this kind of traveling/importing into country?
