Hi,
Before you pay someone I would like to point out that a number of your questions can be answered at whattomine.com have a look at the ASIC tab and cryptocompare.com
Reason being, during the last bubble a number of people jumped in with mining rigs(GPU ones, and ASIC ones) and after the bubble they are left with either worthless coins or hardware which didn't return ROI. A person who is replying to you has only has to gamble on10$ that you pay him/hew but you have a huge investment to gamble so please spend some time to read around, especially this board's alt-coin section and bitcoin section has a wealth of information which you could use.
