I think they are M/Hash not G/Hash, and judging from the numbers they look like they could be Jalapenos.
People seem to forget the fact that ASICs themselves are not only for Bitcoins nor are they owned exclusively by butterflylabs. This could easily be another company etc.
Easily? Hell no! It takes months to code the driver and working software let alone design the PCB, etc. They'd have to have been doing it in secret for quite a while.
